Gilbert called ahead and arrived on time for the Saturday estimate, and after troubleshooting and positively identifying the problem, verifying the cost for parts, gave me a reasonable price for parts and labor. Although he was supposed to be on ‘family time’, when he completed 2 other scheduled estimates, he called, came back and completed the job... very satisfied!!!
