Description of Work: I cannot recommend this company. I used them for several years but their quality has really dropped this year. They over estimate their hourly charges and I caught them skipping maintenance tasks (hedge trimming).

Description of Work: Moses and his crew came out, mowed the lawn, trimmed several large Florida anise trees, weeded several large beds, dug out a pesky nandina root ball, trimmed an overgrown rosemary root, and spread two yards of mulch. I love these guys. No contract; they come out on a week's notice. Moses is very professional and thorough.

+ -1 more911 Lawn service crew does a good basic job of getting your yard back in shape. The biggest positives: No contract requiring weekly work (call them when needed) . I can email Moses and get an answer back in under an hour on scheduling service. I usually get service within 2 days. The crew is prompt and quick. They base their price on time but I haven't seen them waste it. When they reconstructed their pricing my service costs actually went down.
Description of Work: I have used 911 Lawn Service four times in the last 2 years. Moses met with me the first time and we talked about the service and what was needed. The best thing was "no contract". I do most of my own lawn work but need assistance when the shrubs get too large. Now I just have them come out occasionally and do a good cleanup. They mow, trim shrubs, edge, weed-eat areas and bag all the trimmings.

+ -1 moreI have used 911 at least 3 times now. My experience with Moses and his team are always positive. They do a great job. It is very detailed. You need to provide your own lawn bags or they will charge you $2 a bag. On one visit, they used all of the bags I had provided and instead of just billing me for whatever was left they notified me and gave me the option of going to Lowes to pick up more yard bags rather than being charged by them $2 a bag. I have a very small yard and there is really not much grass so I feel like the $75 price was a little steep but they do have a team who do high quality work in a short amount of time. I will use them again in a few weeks after all the leaves have fallen.
Description of Work: Cut the grass front and back yard, bagged up any sticks or yard debris, edged the driveway and trimmed all bushes.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. There was one little thing they forgot to do, so I called them and they came back out quickly and took care of it. The responses were quick. He gave me a quote within 24 hours, which was very reasonable and half of another quote I had received.
Description of Work: They cleaned up the yard, which was over grown. They trimmed the bushes and cut the grass.

+ -1 moreExcellent service. Moses the owner was responsive and professional. He came out within a day or two, quote that night by email and scheduled a service within a week. His team did an excellent job and the property looks really nice. I look forward to using them for routine service.

+ -1 moreThey were very reasonable for everything that they did. They worked form 8 am to 7 pm and finished everything in 2 full days. They are very good and if you are not completely satisfied with them they will come back and fix it. They are a family owned company and are good at what they do. they are professional hard workers. When they were finished they ended up with 66 full brown yard bags of waste, they worked so hard and it is beautiful. I am very happy with them.
Description of Work: 911 Lawn Service did all of my major yard work, they trimmed several overgrown hedges, and raked up all of the old pine straw and put down new. They planted new flowers and shrubs, and edges along the walkway and driveway. They mowed my grass very low for me and bagged up everything. I have a 1/2 an ace yard.
