After contacting 2 other plumbers, I reached Kwesi, who arrived 4 hrs after I called to see why my tub faucet would not turn off completely. He told me 2 possible causes of the problem, explained what needed to be done for each, and gave me a price for both. Turns out the solution was the more extensive option, but Kwesi performed the entire repair, cleaned up, explained what had been done, and warranted parts and labor for 2 years. Work was completed within the quoted time frame of 2 hours.

I recommend Xpress Drain 100%! I needed a bathtub drain unclogged and wanted quotes on a few other possible plumbing repairs. I first called another company I found here on Angie's list. They were promp, professional and nice but the quotes seemed very high for everything so I thought I'd get a second quote. I called and asked how much it would be to get the bathtub drain uclogged, which was my priority. I was told $140, which was $50 cheaper than the other guys so I had them come out. Kwesi and his son came out the same afternoon. They were very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Not only did they unclog the drain quickly and beautiful but ended up charging me less than they quoted. I don't think that's ever happened to me, ever! In addition, they stopped the leaking in two faucets without even asking (or charging) by tightening them when the previous company recommended replacing at $150 each. And finally, I was given a quote to FIX, as opposed to replace a toilet (as suggested by other company) for about 1/2 the price of having a new toilet installed (which if I decide to do it, would still be about $100 cheaper than the other guys. So I'm beyond pleased with this company, will use them for any future plumbing jobs and would recommend them to anyone.

Kwesi worked around my schedule to come by for the estimate. We scheduled the estimate for 6:30 pm on on April 23rd. He arrived early for the appointment and proceeded to diagnose the situation and gave clear explanations of everything he was doing. He showed me images from the camera and explainied exactly what the problem was. I had been taken advantage of by a septic tank company and another plumber for this exact same issue prior to finding Xpress Plumbing on Angies list and I knew immediately that he was the right person for the job. He started the job that same evening and arrived at the property the next morning at 8:30 am with the equipment needed to remove the concrete. Since I was at work, he kept me abreast of the situation through a series of text messages and pictures describing exactly what was happening. He accepted a payment over the phone and made the whole process very convenient. I will refer Kwesi to all my friends and family.

After calling several plumbing companies to try to find someone who was available to come out same day (a Sunday, no less) and having zero luck, Kwesi came to the rescue. Not only could he come out, but he came to our house within the hour, charged no fee unless we agreed to do the proposed work, which we did, and was very courteous and professional. We had a clog that affected 4 drains, so Kwesi snaked all of the affected drains, as well as replaced a trap that needed to be replaced. His original quote was $350 and that's what he charged after all the work was completed. He was done within 2 hours after arriving. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services and will definitely give him a call the next time we need a plumber.

Kwesi came in about 1 1/2 hours after I called on a Monday morning. I had called several other plumbers but they could not come until next day. He was on time and very professional. He found the blockage aprox. 45 feet from sink. I had tried everything from taking P trap apart to using plunger and using a snake. I only had about 15 feet of cable. I would definitely use him again and also recommend him.

I have used Kwesi several times and I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing needs. He is always very professional and friendly. He does quality work and has very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

Considering they showed up 30 minutes after the initial request for service, were in uniform, wore protective shoe covers and were reasonably priced. Will definitely use again. Very professional, respectful and were very willing to answer questions. Never got the sense that they wanted to fix things that did not need fixing. Made my day to find a plumber like Kwesi and his partner.

Xpress really came through for me and my new home. I needed quick repairs on my new house before we closed. I sent Xpress a message. Kwesi called me within one minute. No lie. He came through and repaired the leaks. Kwesi thoroughly explained what was needed and he made it happen.

He showed up on time, called us before he arrived, was friendly, courteous, explained what he was going to do in detail. He was very knowledgeable and noted that our water pressure regulator coming into the house was never changed and was augmenting the leaky shower problem. He fixed that quickly and then was able to address the other plumbing issues. Any other plumber would have charged us extra for coming out on a Sunday morning. I paid him extra because he was here for 60 minutes and only charged us for the new regulator. Finally found a good, fast, honest, reliable plumber who will not "soak" us!!!!!

He's very punctual and well behaved. He saved me a lot of money and compared to other contractors he's so straight forward. He's a very reliable guy.I will recommend him for anybody.

He showed up the day I called. He scoped the project and gave me an estimate. In the course of the job, a part in the existing toilet snapped. He did not charge me for the work to repair the 20 year old piece. Integrity is worth a great deal to me. I would definitely recommend such a man and wish more people had his value system.

Came to check bathroom on time and found out water leak immediately. Replace broken toilet on same day.

It was a Sunday and I called several plumbers. Some didn't answer the phone and others were closed. Kwesi from XPress called me back within 5 minutes and was at my house in an hour. He was very polite and professional. He tried the cheapest way first and it didn't work. So, before he removed the toilets, which was going to be at least $450, he said he wanted to try one more thing. He indicated he was trying to save me money. What a nice approach. The second attempt worked and for $250, I had working toilets and showers. IT was the most pleasant experience for having backed up toilets and showers. Thank you so much!!!!!

We had a water leak related to the master bath toilet. We live out of state and have a rental home. I called the morning I received the high water bill and XPRESS DRAIN & PLUMBING LLC was able to get out to the house within an hour. Very prompt response and fixed the problem.

Does not pay attention to what needs to be done. Gave an appointment for one day and appeared another and told everything that is wrong directly to the tenant. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They were knowledgable about the job. They got everything done in a timely manner. They walked through and explained everything to me before and after the work. I had four plumbers and two leak detection companies come out and I chose to go with this company. They were very professional. They even called back to check on my satisfaction with the work.

One of our toilets was stopped up so I called Kwesi at Xpress Drain Cleaning Services. He came out the same day, took off the toilet and unclogged the line. Then he put a camera in the line and ran it out 100+ feet to make sure the line was clear. As I was watching the camera it was amazing to see how many turns the sewer line took. Kwesi was very professional and made sure everything was clean before he left. We would definitely use his services again.

I will recommend this company to any and all people I meet and or know! They were fast, professional, knew what they where doing. They were FAST, QUIET ( they were here early new years morning) and did not even wake us with their tractor!!!!! Afterwards, he explained everything they did, and had photos to illustrate as well. We are so happy with their professional service that we are already planning to use them on some additional projects that we have to do later in the spring. If you want Excellent Service, from a very polite gentleman, then this is the company to call!

Although we called for a drain cleaning, it turned into a much larger job. Kwesi stayed and did the necessary work. Even when he found more bad pipe sections than he first thought, he stayed true to his quote and saw the job through. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. He was extremely professional and arrived when he said he would. We chose him after reading the other reviews, and we got more than we could have asked for. This is my go to plumber from this day forward.

The nicest man , Kwesi, arrived at my home on time. He checked the three clogged drains and unclogged them. Two of the drains were less severe so he charged less than the estimate. Who does that? I was impressed. He then checked my french drain outside and showed were roots had grown into pipe. Then he gave me a very cost effective way to solve the problem Kwesi then showed a small plastic apparatus that would unclog simple clogsdrains and where to purchase. Who does that? He recommended a product that is Safe and used regularly would prevent most clogs. I am 62 and have used a lot of contractors in my life and have been disappointed in most. He was fair and honest. Very professional and best of all, a really nice guy, very personable. Trust me from experience, you will be a satisfied customer!

Kwesi was here within the first hour that I called him. He quoted a price when he first walked in and even though he was here for 4 hours, until 11 p.m., he did not charge more. Two other plumbers had worked on our drainage problem, but obviously did not find the cause of the problem so theirs was only a temporary fix. He was very knowledgable and professional. He will be the only plumber I call in the future, and I will definitely recommend him to others.

Kwesi was amazing...! He came at the end of the day when we returned home from work to a sewer emergency. He quickly diagnosed the source of the problem using his drain camera. He cheerfully fixed the problem and gave us tips on how to avoid a similar situation in the future. Kwesi is absolutely top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend him for this and any other plumbing work.

Kwesi send son to get the camera system to begin the diagnostic of the problem. He quickly found the problem. We proceeded to go outside to the provided box the check out the outside pluming going to the street. He send his son to go and get the Sneak to use it to brake the stoppage cause by tree roots inside the PVC pipe. He proceeded to use the tool to open the net formed by the tree roots and the water began to flow. The Camera was introduced again to monitor the work performed, a hole of about 2 inches had been open in the 4 inch pipe. Kwesi proceeded to go outside and use a special detector to find the spot of the location of the tree roots problem. Once it was agreed about the price for the replacement of the pipes in question. (Time was about 12:30 pm, Kwesi arrived about 10 minutes to 12:00) The removal of the dirt and locating the "Y" with the problem and the roots definitely had broken into the PVC. All parts were replaced and the system back in operation which included re-installing the toilet and the wax ring in place and the proper hardware tote and safe. The system has been working like it should and peace of mind coming back to calm the frustrations of having to live without the necessary use things that we take for granted. JOB WELL DONE! NOTE; After we settle the account with Kwesi using his computer to create the invoice and take my credit card information to complete the transaction. As Father and Son were walking toward their Van " I say to them. I always question why things happen? I always look for and answer. I can tell you the answer is that it was so I could meet both of YOU!
