Seriously, we could not be more impressed with this company. These guys were great. I called and they were at my house within the hour. They deep cleaned and repaired our gutters and made our roof look awesomely clean. We are already planning to have them back to pressure wash the house. This was our first time using them and they will be our go-to from now on. Highly recommended to anyone else in need of these services.

I don't use this term in written communication, but OMG! Shinetime just left the property and WOW! First of all, they were a few miles away and came TODAY, right after I ordered the Big Deal. Jeff Johnson was immediately responsive to my initial "just looking" contact and kept me informed. When he arrived, he shook my hand, gave me his card, and went straight to work. He efficiently and proficiently completed the work in much less time than I thought it would take (around 30 minutes or less!) I was not expecting a walk through, but let me know when he was done and showed me how lovely my house looked, explaining everything he had done! I was not expecting him to blow down the drive way, knock off spider webs, or to push back debris not detailed in his scope of work. I am truly impressed. The home had a facelift! Thank you, Mr. Johnson!

Purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List for Shinetime Services for pressure washing the house, driveway, walk and front porch. Jeff Johnson sent me a note late that night for me to contact him the next day to schedule, but I was out at a doctor appointments most of the day and could not call him. He then called my cell phone and left me a message him back, which I did when I got back home, and we were able to have him come the next day, which was today. He arrived about 9:20 this morning, and I asked him if he would also clean off the roof and see if he thought it needed cleaning as well, as I thought I could see some streaking on it from algae. He got started promptly and didn't stop until about 2:00 pm, and said the roof did need cleaning, and quoted me a "while I'm already here" price which was very reasonable. He then spent about three more hours toiling away on the roof. I have to say the house looks freshly painted and the roof looks brand new. Jeff really worked his tail off and his efforts show. We are delighted with the results, and would highly recommend Jeff and Sunshine Services to anyone needing a nice, clean home and roof. Thanks, Jeff!

It's hard to find people of integrity these days but when you meet Jeff and see his hard work you will want to refer his services to everyone you know. Jeff was fantastic. Professional service that exceeded all expectations. When you look for someone to pressure wash your home you do not know if you are going to get a professional or someone that went to the rent-a-center, got a pressure washer for the day and is likely to wash the paint off your front door. Jeff is a pro. He has a complete set up of all the right equipment including a driveway scrubber appliance and the proper chemicals to clean off the grime and mold without damaging the painted surfaces. Prior to the work being done I was worried about hoses being hauled across plants, railings, and up and down deck stairs, but Jeff was very careful, no damage and the landscaping looks like he was not ever here. He even washed my deck and yard furniture and the outside of my grill! But the best part of having Jeff out to wash the house is this. I scheduled the pressure wash service so I could have the house painted after the washing but based on the quality of the work performed, and the drastic improvement in overall house appearance I think I can wait a year or two more before I paint again! He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. While cleaning out our gutters, he re-secured several hangers that were loose. While doing his cleaning and, afterward, during his rinsing of the house, he took care not to damage our new shrubbery. We can recommentd him to everyone.

Jeff was on time every time he came out. He always called ahead as well which I appreciated. I had a situation where I needed to get the porch completed on a very tight time frame. I let Jeff know what I was dealing with and he did everything possible to get the job done on time and he did it! He had worked until after dark several days and needed the light of day to complete the final touches and came out on Labor day to get those done. He is very thorough and hard working. Let me start off with saying that Jeff Johnson is very professional and prompt. He arrived early and explained to me what he was going to do as well as moved the furniture from the front and back porch. I had some questions regarding the gutters and the discoloration on the concrete. Jeff provided a prompt response and ensured that I understood what he needed to do to remove the black spots on the gutters. He truly went over and beyond the services that were requested. I feel that he is a very honest and trustworthy person. He takes pride in what he does and he went out of the way to ensure that I was very satisfied with the service that he provided. I truly appreciate a person that has integrity. While Jeff was pressure washing my house, one of my neighbors asked him to pressure wash her driveway. Jeff without hestitation agreed to pressure wash her driveway once he was finish with the job at my house. I had two of my neighbors say that he did a great job and that the house looked great. Jeff was fantastic. Easy to work and schedule with and prompt with delivery of his services. When you talk with him, you can tell he's not just going thru the motions but rather he really is focused on understanding the science/engineering behind pressure washing and the best methods out there and then trying to bring them back to his customer base. In addition, what he plans to deliver is more comprehensive than others advertise and....when he performed the pressure washing services; he went over and above what he advertised and washed even more and, in the process, enhanced the whole yard. It went very well. Jeff and his crew are very nice, always moving (at least that I could see). They were on time and Jeff was very responsive and detailed in his communications at every step of the way. The punctuality and very brief descriptions of what they're doing personally means a lot to me. Some contractors go on and on and they're almost always late. Any way, my deck looks lovely and it's ready to stand up to Mother Nature. It's a completely south-facing balcony so the sun is intense. Therefore this service and deal were necessary and very nice. I would certainly take advantage of in the future. They completely cleaned up and put all my furniture back on the deck. The whole thing took two separate days for a four-month old balcony just as an FYI.

I bought the deal for gutter cleaning and Jeff Johnson was very quick to respond and schedule to fit my schedule. He confirmed and was early and he got right to work. He went above and beyond my expectations and worked efficiently, professionally and did the job the way he would for himself or his family, He comes with a wealth of knowledge about his profession and the correct way to treat a persons property and home which is a lot different than someone who just does the job and goes. I would use Shinetime Services again (but sadly the distance to Fayetteville and costs involved have become prohibitive) and I am recommending him to friends and family who live in his service area. A great choice for a trusted professional to pressure wash, clean and restore your roof safely and have the confidence that the job will be done right.

Jeff arrived on time and was was to communicate with. He was knowledgeable and gave us an absolute amazing deal on prepping our deck and fence for staining. I would recommend him 1000 times. Jeff at Shinetime did an excellent job pressure washing my house! At first I purchase used an Angie's List deal for the house cleaning, then I asked him if he could do the rest (driveway & patios). Jeff was great at communicating our service time and showed up exactly when he said he would. He took the time to walk the house with me so that I could show him some troubled areas. Jeff did a great job on everything and even did a little extra. To my surprise he cleaned my mailbox & paver stones! I couldn't believe how good everything looks. My house hasn't looked this good since it was last painted!

I have my own power washer but decided to hire Shinetime. I was not expecting the great job. The gutters were badly stained and now they look new. While he was at it he cleaned my front and rear patio getting of the stains there also. I will definitely hire him again.

Jeff arrived on time (exactly when he said he would when he contacted us to schedule the work) and ready to work. We walked around the house and talked about what needed to be done first and what could be done after that without running over time or square footage cited within the deal. He went above and beyond everything I expected. He cleaned the entire house! He got on the roof and cleaned the gutters. He made the sidewalk look brand new. He cleaned the brickwork. He even got rid of the red stains caused by rain splashing off of colored mulch. He cleaned the painted cedar siding, the window trim was white again. Yes, he cleaned the deck perfectly. He even cleaned our garbage and recycling bins. The porch walls and ceiling attached to the deck had become gray and we thought we would have to repaint them - he got them spotless and beautifully white. He even took a can of matching paint he had and took care of marks left by my removal of ivy which had been growing up a post. Dirty, mildewed, outdoor furniture? Yep- he cleaned that too. He departed at dusk after putting in a monumental amount of effort. Tired, but in good spirits and with a great attitude. We'll be calling him again for the next cleaning.
