Awesome service. Called to schedule on Monday afternoon, was out to do the work Tuesday morning. I had to wait up to 3 weeks with my previous gutter cleaning company. Jeff and crew arrived on time, with a text message when they were 30 minutes out. They did the work quickly and did a great job with debris cleanup.

Fantastic service! Jeff was in touch very promptly to confirm a time for my appointment and kept in touch the day of to let us know when he'd be arriving. He was very thorough in explaining the work they would be doing and answering the questions I had. After cleaning the roof and the gutters, they did a wonderful clean-up job around the house, pressure washing the gutters and clearing up debris. I even got to see a video of the nice, clean roof! On top of all that, Jeff told me some tricks for dealing with mildew up under the eaves and explained how to go about pressure washing and sealing our deck. He's a great guy with a wonderful crew, and we will definitely be using and recommending his services again. :)

I first emailed Jeff the day before services. He was very prompt to respond to emails. He was able to give me a quote by looking at my house on zillow. After that he said he would be able to come out the next day and do the work. I thought that was great! They were early from the time he said he was going to be here which was also fine. They were very efficient workers did the work I had asked and cleaned up whatever messes came off of the house or out of the gutters. When he was finished he goes on a walk thru with you to make sure everything looks ok. I also got an estimate for him to do roof cleaning and will be contacting him back soon to do that also!

I was very impressed with the contractor's responsiveness to service request and thoroughness with their service. The service was performed on the same day I requested. My gutter has not been cleaned for years. I saw trees growing out of gutter. I'm sure the amount of work is more than the contractor expected. But he and his crew didn't complain, put in solid 2 hours and gave my roof gutter a much needed clean. They even gave my mailbox island a free pressure wash in the process. Very nice and professional fellas. For the price I paid, I feel it's a great deal I was getting. Overall, very satified

Fantastic job by an excellent company. Jeff took ownership of the project right from the start and so did Jason. Jeff was on time, thoroughly explained what they would do, listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. They did a fantastic clean-up job around the house including some pressure washing of the gutters, and some major leaf blowing just to make the house look better - above and beyond the job description. I was amazed. Their professionalism, knowledge and work ethic are top notch. They take pride in the job and work hard to make sure it is done right. I was so impressed that I asked Jeff about pressure washing the house, driveway, patio.etc. He explained in detail how he would go about the job, and answered any questions I had - he knows his stuff. I will be using his company to pressure wash my house, and will, without reservation, recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We had to re-schedule because of the temp outside - that was my idea! He got me in at the closest appt. Called 20 minutes before arriving. Him and his assistant were marvelous and took great care of the plants and gutters. He even pressure washed my landscape bricks. Awesome job and I will use them next year again.

Our gutters had not been cleaned in years so they were really bad. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to empty the gutters which caused a great deal of cleanup around the house. They pressure washed the areas around the house (and the house) so by the time they were done everything looked great. Their price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that was performed, I would highly recommend them and will use their services again. So glad I found them through Angie's List!

Received a prompt call from Shinetime to set up appointment. They arrived when they said they would and were very personable and professional. Did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

They came and did the job. They did not show up when they said they would do. The gutter cleaning included the downspout. But he did not do it. So we had some water problem as a result of the gutters being clogged. I did not call them back. I whipped off all the gutters and put in new ones. So my little 150$ job went up to 3000.

Most impressive customer service and work performance ever from anyone I've hired to do work around my home. After cleaning the gutters, removing debris from roof, etc., they discovered a problem with the gutter and repaired it. I will be hiring them again in the future, and will recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. I highly recommend Shinetime Services for quality work at a reasonable price. Very professional!

It was raining and I was pretty sure that Shinetime Services would need to reschedule their visit, but Jason called me at 9 a.m. and asked for a delay only. My appointment was at 10 and the weather really wasn't working out. Unfortunately I had to be at my office by 1pm and so I couldn't wait for later, so he and his team member arrived at 11 a.m. and had the bulk of the work done before noon when I had to leave for the office. They were up on my roof in the rain cleaning the gutters! I was amazed and impressed watching them. Thank goodness there wasn't any lightning. They did a great job including cleaning up afterwards. I really appreciate Shinetime's commitment to good service. Without a doubt I will call on them again. This was my first time to use Angie's List, and as the commercial says, "Thanks, Angie!"

They did a very nice job. My only critique would be that they raked the leaves from gutters next to the house rather than away from the house. I'm sure they would have pulled them away from the house had I asked but I was inside working. I am very happy with their service.

The representative showed me the certificate of insurance before starting the work and explained what they would be doing. The workers were professional and we did a walk around after the work was done.

Jeff and his crew came out to clean our gutters on a rainy Saturday morning. They were prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job. We would recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Provider was punctual did an excellent job. Also, went above and beyond by cleaning driveway which was a great unexpected surprise. Would highly recommend.

I normally handle all maintenance myself but don't care for heights so I hired this crew to clean my roof and gutters and was extremely pleased with the service. The crew was on time, did a great job on the roof and gutters, cleaned up after themselves and even did a little extra pressure washing on the windows when they were done. I will use them again.

I really wish we could give them A+ instead of just A! Truly! I got an incredible value for the work provided - This is a very large house and the gutters have not been cleaned for at least 4 or 5 years. Same for the pressure-washing. They were prompt, they were VERY thorough, and they did an excellent job. The house looks entirely new on the outside. They cleaned things that never would have crossed my mind - they cleaned the deck furniture and the outside doghouse! I really don't know what else to say except WOW. And yes, I had them quote several pieces of additional work that I'll have them do this spring.

It has been a while since I was this satisfied with the work and customer service of a company. I called Shinetime Services before purchasing the complete gutter cleaning deal. After Jeff answered all of my questions in a polite and professional manner, he told me that they had just finished a home not very far from me and could be at my home in an hour. This was awesome because, although I expected the work to be scheduled for a later time, I really wanted to get it done right away. I was a few hours from home but was comfortable making the purchase and having them go ahead and do the job (because of the great Shinetime Services reviews on Angie's List). I arrived not only to find my home looking beautiful from the cleaned gutters, but to also see them cleaning the neighbor's gutters. Yes, Shinetime Services did such a fantastic job on my gutters while I was away from home that my neighbors, who were home, hired them to do their gutters. Also, I joked on the phone with Jeff about cleaning the kid's dirty basketball goal backboard in the driveway. He cleaned it as well as cobwebs on the house. One can only dream of a better experience with a company. Shinetime Services exceeded my expectations. I will use them for all pressure washing jobs around the home and recommend them to everyone.
