Called when on his way and arrived when he said he would. Overall process went well. They got to work right away and did everything that was asked of them. Would use them again for sure.

Confirmed appointment, arrived exactly on time & did the job in less than an hour. Also cleaned up the debris. Will use this company again in the future.

This work was done 5 months later than the date of purchase, which was my fault for not finding the time to schedule them. However, they honored the price and coupon, came out and did the work as soon as they were available (within a week of arranging) and did a great job on the house and deck. They moved stuff around the deck in order to get everywhere washed. They warned that we should put towels or clothes along inside window ledges and doors in case water gets in, which was greatly appreciated. Great work guys.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job. Our house looks sparkling clean. I would recommend using his company to anyone who needs to get their house and gutters pressure washed. Jeff is very professional and followed up with me to make sure that the service was what we needed.

Excellent, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. Jeff and helper Jason went above and beyond expectations.. When Jeff gave me a quote, I expected it to cover just the driveway and the gutters and not the extras. Our driveway and steps were very badly discolored with mold and moss. They worked very hard for 6 hours to get everything looking like new. When they were doing the gutters, they also washed down the back of the house and the deck. In addition, Jeff determined that our gutters were in great condition and he would not need to return for 3 years. I give Shinetime my highest recommendation.

Jeff and Jason were very prompt and very courteous. They pressure washed the house and patio furniture as well as some of our concrete services and back deck. They even went back over some areas that did not get 100% clean during the initial wash. They double checked all their work and left our home looking wonderful. They moved things around to make sure all areas were cleaned. We would definitely hire them again!

I contacted Shinetime on Saturday and had Jason at my house on Sunday morning. They were thorough, punctual, professional, and did a very nice job for a fair price.

I was late for the call because I didn't think they would come due to the rain. By the time I returned home, the service was done. No messy wall left like I've experienced with other services. VERY PLEASED! I had other issues this company didn't service but they gave me the name of someone that did. I was so pleased I referred my mother to them.

It was good and pretty timely. There were two individuals that came out. He was able to scoop out the job by looking at the satellite images on Google maps so he knew it was a two persons job then had it all directed when he came here. It was a good experience. Everything went as planned and they completed the job within an hour. It was good.

Contacted Jeff by email for estimate. He was able to assess a internet photo of my property and texted me an estimate within a couple hours. Jeff and Jason arrived promptly for the appointment and did a great job on house, patio, driveway, and fence.

Service was great. Showed up exactly when scheduled and even sent me a text picture of the house as confirmation (very smart touch). They did an amazing job, we have some high spots and they got every one. We have had cleaning service in the past and they always seem to leave multiple leaves here and there, Jeff did not leave a single leaf on the roof. Jeff was also very honest about the state of the gutters. We recently purchased the home and though we would need new gutters. Jeff said they were actually in good shape and just needed a wash. This was much appreciated instead of trying to sell me on new gutters. We will for sure be hiring Jeff again.
