Technician arrived on time and was professional. Pricing was reasonable, but 2 of my downspouts were dented and had holes poked into them, and 1 was not re-connected. Technician returned the next day to re-attached the disconnected downspout.

Wonderfully! Jeff came and walked the roof, and quickly provided a quote and explanation of what needed to be done to do the job properly (basically clear the gutters and clean the entire roof at low flow with a special solution). We agreed. He showed up with a helper promptly on the day promised, explained how they would approach the job, and got to work. They worked constantly, going back over spots until satisfied the moss (and mildew on the siding in one shady place) was gone. Because of the debris coming from above, they washed the rest of the house and even pressure washed the moss from my front stoop (our house gets lots of shade!). They were very careful to not injure our landscaping with the ladders and hoses and rinsed the plants down with fresh water to dilute any solution left. They worked for several hours and after they were done, everything practically sparkled! Our whole house, not just the roof, looks terrific!

Perfectly. I always cleaned my own gutters at my old house but this one's roof had a greater slope. Realized after I got up there it was not a place I needed to be! Shinetime gave me a great price and came out the next day. Great job including the cleanup.

They did a good job. I was worried that part of the gutter system would be molded, so I had them to do an inspection. Didn't find any problems. Gutters seem to flow pretty well now. Like the fact that they cleaned up after themselves nicely and used their own hoses, etc.,. (didn't realize till too late that a previous gutter cleaning company had left one of my hoses impossibly jammed inside its hose reel box)

Jeff called me as soon as I purchased the offer on Angie's list and we made an appointment time. He called the day before to remind me, he called when he was on the way. Him and his assistant took time to do the work. he was very professional, took care of every detail, repaired every defective site of the gutters, and cleaned the sidings and the porch at the end. He is very nice and if you have gutters work, I would recommend him.

I called 2 Angie's List pressure washers for a quote. Jeff answered my call, sent me 2 texts with a detailed quote, and set a service appt in the time that it took the other company to call me back. Twelve hours later, my home's exterior still smells squeaky clean. Shinetime did an outstanding job, my house sparkles. Plus, Jeff is an all-around super-nice guy! Well-done :>D

They explained what they were going to do and what equipment they were going to use. They cleaned the gutters and all of the downspouts, and cleaned some small limbs off the roof of the house that I could not get to, as well as cleaned the gutter debris from the yard around the house and blew off the patio and front walk. Very polite and efficient.

The guys were awesome, they did an amazing job quickly, even blowing off our driveway which we didn't expect. We also were keen to install gutter guards but they gave us their honest opinion that it wouldn't work in our situation, and that cleaning twice a year should be sufficient. We really appreciated them not taking advantage of us. They were extremely knowledgeable and even left us a no-pressure proactive quote to pressure wash the driveway/house and deck in the future should we need it. Would definitely hire again. Great. They contacted me via e-mail within 12 hrs of placing my order through Angie's List. I made one call to them to get the appointment scheduled. On the day of the service they contacted me to confirm and also offered to come earlier, if I was available. They were friendly, fixed my issue and a few minor repairs and didn't charge me anything more than was quoted on Angie's List. If you want to hire someone who is very professional and gets the job done right.....then this is the company for you.
