We purchased the Pressure Washing with Bonus Services and what a Great Deal. Jeff immediately contacted us and scheduled the service for the date and time we asked for. They showed up promptly and were texting us photos as they cleaned the house. The Bonus Services were well worth it. They not only cleaned our gutters and rinsed the windows, but they also pressure washed the back patio (it's small - 8' X 10') and the front landing (3' X 10'). The house looks amazing!! Definitely would recommend this company and this package. Thank you, Jeff!

They were delayed by another job but phoned to let me know when to expect them. They did a thorough job of cleaning 50 year old concrete that had not been cleaned in years. They also washed the outside of the garage door and cleaned the floor on a small screened porch. They used the pressure washer to do some edging on the driveway. They worked for about an hour and a half. I was impressed by the extra effort they applied to do a superior job.

Shinetime Services is company used Cleaned the out side of house and it was GREAT!! Had them also clean concrete porch under my deck that was very green and black with mold it came out looking almost like new as did the rest of the out side of home. Would and will use them next time I need out side cleaned

Jeff Johnson was very polite on the phone, making quick arrangements to come out and pressure wash my driveway. He and his teammate Jason did such a great job that I then hired them to also pressure wash my house and 2-story deck. I couldn't have been more pleased with Shinetime's service level, professionalism, punctuality, knowledge level, and outright kindness. They went out-of-their way to do an above average job. In addition, I asked if I should be concerned that their pressure washing solution could hurt my plants. Jeff assured me that the solution they use is plant friendly, but if anything did happen, they are insured and stand by remedying any problems with my plants that occurred due to pressure washing. Do use this service! They provide the service level we once took for granted and now seldom find.

They were on time, discussed in detail what they were going to do and got to work. The house looks great!

It wasn't good. They had problems scheduling. The person that showed up was unprofessional. They used so much bleach that it destroyed my plants but they are growing back.

After speaking with and scheduling a good date and time with them, I immediately felt assured that they would do an excellent job. They were very professional. The results speaks for itself. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

Went well. Would use them again but they dont work in Woodstock any longer.

I was attracted to Shinetime Services because the company holds certification in pressure washing, and the excellent reviews I read on Angie's List. I purchased "the deal" for $250. The owner and his assistant came to our home. We talked about what I wanted done, and they got to work. They were polite, friendly, and worked hard. When they were finished, our home looked brand new! All I can say is HIRE them. You will not be disappointed!

On time! Super responsive via the Angie's List app. Jeff and Jason of Shinetime could not have been nicer or friendlier. The house and driveway look fantastic. Shinetime clearly knows what they're doing and they don't mess around. They're genuinely interested in doing a good job and creating repeat business. Shinetime has my highest recommendation. I will, without a doubt, call them again.

They were on time (actually early). The quote I was given did not change, I asked them to also add the landing off of the deck which was a problem. Would definitely use them again.

Completely professional from start to finish. Called me as soon as I had purchased the Angie's Deal to schedule an appointment. Was on time for the appointment. Explained the job and its details. Asked me if I had any specific areas that he should look at. Arrived with a colleague of his, tandem tasks to complete job pretty quickly. Did a full walk-through of the completed activities. This is how a business should be run!

They (Jeff and his partner) arrived around 9:00 AM on Friday. We walked around the house to see if there were any issues or concerns; none found. They first used a blower to clean off my roof of leaves and debris. Then started washing - he uses a solution consisting of dish soap and bleach. They pressure washed the house first (it had a lot of pollen on it from spring), and then came around again and rinsed it. (The windows didn't show any streaking after they dried.) They used an electric circular cleaning pad on the driveway and it was then whiter than I had ever seen it. They spent over 4 hours doing the job, so I was quite pleased with the amount of time they put on the project.

Was a great experience. Jeff was very good about communicating what exactly would be done and when he would be here. He did reschedule for a different time of day (called and asked prior to rescheduling) but it was so he could bring a person to assist. With all that, he also said he would do the patio, patio furniture, front porch, and sidewalk! So that was a nice little bonus. I was happy I selected Jeff to come clean the house. It looks great now!

vendor had to reschedule...missed 1st appointment. Did call though, and weather was bad. On time 2nd appointment. Did a thorough job.

Shine time is a great company. Took their time and made everything look great. Had several pressure washers over our years as home owners, by far the best. Not a speck of dirt left anywhere! Very thorough and do a fantastic job!

The providers thoroughly pressure washed my home and performed extras such as rinsing my gutters. They took their time and carefully pressure washed my home, I was surprised at the time they took, thinking that it would be quick or rushed. I was pleasantly surprised. My home is right over the square footage covered by the deal price but they were so professional and courteous and didn't charge me anything extra. I am very pleased with the services provided and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Shinetime Services. They pressure washed my exterior siding, both front and back porches, the ceiling of each porch and my gutters and downspouts. The gutters looked amazingly white, no streaks and the straw that was trapped between the gutters and facia boards was all gone. Everything looked excellent. In addition, I got them to pressure wash my driveway, walkways and my paver patio area for a really good price. I am more than pleased with the service they provided as well as their friendly manner. I would recommend Shinetime Services to anyone. Thanks for restoring my faith in contractors who provide a much needed service, especially since I had never used them before. It went very well. Came on time, did the service they said they were asked to performed. The gentlemen that came out was very polite and did an excellent job.

After a couple calls to the owner, I finally set up an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. One the appointment set up, the technicians came to the site on-time and worked diligently until they finished. My dad did point out some area that they needed to clean two or three times to get the down spout cleared. The technicians did according to what my dad saw on the ground, which we really appreciated. We definitely use this provider again in the future.
