Jeff is great! He (and Jason) were very punctual and thorough and even helped with minor repairs at my house. He quoted me a price on the phone and even after three hours of work, still charged what he said he would. I was very pleased (house looks great) and will have him back to clean my roof in the near future. I highly recommend him!

They were okay. I wouldn't probably use them again. My gutters weren't that dirty. I probably wouldn't use them in future because I try and get the big deals.

Jeff Johnson and Jason did a very fast and wonderful job. They cleaned ground area all around the house to be sure everything looked spiffy. Jeff took video on his iPhone to show me the view from the roof. I told him I would be in touch in the Spring for power washing my house, walkways and driveway.

Also volunteered to do some house siding and windows.

Awesome job, very professional and courteous. They responded immediately to my initial message. I was able to get an appt the same week, not only were they on time, they called to ask if it was ok to come early. Totally recommend these guys, they went above and beyond. I would recommend Shinetime Services to everyone. The concrete is 60 years old. It was so clean neighbor said, concrete reminds me of a day at the beach with sun glaring on white sand. Jeff and helper are soooo organize and thorough.

They did a fantastic job! cleaned all gutters. Warranted all work and said if we saw anything else to let them know and they would come fix it. They cleaned all areas around the house where the material fell out of the gutter. Overall they left everything cleaner than when they started. will definitely be using them in the future!!

This is my second time using Shinetime Services. Owner/Operator Jeff Johnson and right hand man, Jason, arranged for my services and completed them within the week, despite heavy, daily downpours in the Atlanta market last week. The team has a professional regimen: they clean the roof, gutter, check the gutter system, blow down the drive way an unsightly debris, and provide a walkthrough to be sure you're satisfied and to pinpoint any problem areas. They truly make your home look good! The details are simple: we called; they came; we're happy.

Provider went above and beyond, and cleaned many other areas that were grimy from living in a dense forest area where green algae-like substance seems to grow unchecked. Have used other cleaning services before who have then told me certain stuff could not be removed. This provider tried different mixes etc to make sure he could get everything off, then cleaned additional things like the awning, mailbox, brick pathways because he wanted a happy customer. That's what customer service is supposed to look like. Would recommend, and will likely use again soon.

They had an opening a week and a half earlier than my scheduled appointment and came mid-afternoon to my house. The front brick stoop was in horrendous condition (almost black) and they cleaned/bleached it so well it looked like brand new. They cleaned and treated the vinyl siding that had mildew growing. They informed me that if it touched the house, it got cleaned...IT DID! I love the results and will definitely be using them again!

Amazing company! Great customer service, the owner called to schedule service the day after I purchased! They arrived on time, exactly as scheduled. Our gutters have never looked better!! The pressure washing on our exterior has made our home look like it did four years ago, clean and fresh! Exceptional owner and crew! I highly recommend and will be using them again for all our gutter and pressure washing needs! Wonderful experience from start to end!

Told me about soft spots on roof which was helpful. Didn't notice a few other issues, though, that required me to replace the roof.
