They know sprinkler systems very well. Got a lightning strike that blew my controller and killed 4 of the zones at my house. Problem was the system was installed 27 years ago so no idea where 2 of the in ground valves were any more. They came out found the hidden valves, replaced all the Shorted valves all in one morning. Had two other companies look at the sprinkler system, neither as knowledgeable as Rain Season. Checked the system, and explained exactly what was necessary to maximize the operating cspacities of the system. Expanded coverage in a couple areas and reset all the tiiming controls.

The work they did seemed great, but a couple of days later, we saw a gushing leak from the sprinkler. No big deal we thought, we will just text Rain Season and they will come out and fix it. It has been almost 2 months now and they either say they will come but do not or simply do not respond (we have the text message chain). So, I am hoping a bad review on here will prompt a response. If not, so be it, we will fix it ourselves but I will be sharing this review with anyone who asks.
