Nery Perez responded right away and then diligently and expertly repaired a severed sprinkler line that ran under a newly installed concrete driveway without any damage to the actual driveway -- all for an extremely fair price. We highly recomend them!

Mr. Perez came to our house and fixed a part of the issues and then he told us we needed to change all four solenoids even though only one was needed to be replaced. Also he told us that in order for him to replace 4 solenoids, he needed to cut half of the root of my cherry tree (which would most likely kill the tree). He told us that it would take him all day to do all he needed to do. Then he left for another job and left him know what we want to do. He told us it would cost $1000 ($250x4) to have the job done, plus I need to look into a tree company to cut the tree in the future. Then I decided to contact another irrigation person from home advisor. The person told us that he will be able to fix the broken one. It only takes him $259. He won?t charge us if he could not fix it. What a difference!
