Excellent! Shary was very prompt, professional, and pleasant. The job was done quickly, well, w/a 5 year warranty I didn't even know about, and for less than a third off what another company wanted to charge. I'm most pleased.

Extremely well. The crew was highly competent and personable. Peek brought in a plumber to set-up proper drainage for the dehumidifier. When I had a question about an optional way of routing the water away from the house, Shary and the plumber both returned promptly to satisfy my concerns.

Shary and her team were very responsive and understood our concerns. We received the quote within the promised timeline and the work was scheduled immediately. What a refreshing experience. Shary showed up same day and did a thorough inspection free of charge and helped put our minds at ease. She actually recommended a home remedy rather than paying her which says a ton about honesty in business. It certainly earned my trust and I would 100% call them first with any future issues.

We were very pleased to learn that we did not have a bad mold problem after all, just some common household spots of mold that are easily treatable with readily available products. Peek was very knowledgeable very professional and very fair and helpful. They were not looking sell us any work we did not need and instead recommended a product told us where to get it and advised us on how to use it. Peek is truly a mold specialist and more importantly a trusted advisor.

She was still willing to test an additional area just to quell my fears despite already identifying there was no issue. She is 100% genuine and totally straight forward and honest. Though involved with another, more urgent large project, Shary Peek fit me into her schedule for the following work day. She was punctual and professional. From the first moment I met Shary Peek, I instantly liked her and trusted that she would do a good job. She is honest, down-to-earth, and worked hard to ensure that the customer is satisfied. She was on-time with each appointment and got me the quote in time. She employed non-toxic methods of eliminating mold and used air scrubbers to clean the air and filter out mold spores. I chose this method because I believe it is more definitive, and is better in my opinion compared to using ozone only. My basement is cleaner now. She also educated me on dehumidification and worked hard to install dehumidifiers in my basement. Overall I am extremely happy with Peek Mold Remediation and would most highly recommend her!!

We found mold on one of our closet walls and wanted to have it checked out before cleaning it off. Shary called me the same day that I requested the bid online. We spoke the next morning and she was able to come by the house to check it out within 2 hours. She inspected the mold and the surrounding areas and our crawl space and confirmed it was just on the surface. She recommended a product that we could use to clean it off and said that we didn't need any further remediation. We were very pleased with both the response time and her honesty in not trying to persuade us to do unnecessary work. We will definitely call her again if we have another issue in the future.

I noticed some paint starting to bubble up and peel around and underneath our guest bedroom window last Sunday, so I opened up the drywall and confirmed my fear...mold. We sealed off the room and contacted peak that afternoon. Shary was very prompt and courteous throughout the entire engagement. She quickly called me after my initial email (again, on a Sunday) to set up an appointment for the following morning. She was on-time and professional, and she did not recommend more work than was needed...she even helped calm my fears about the extent of the issue, and she gave me contacts for some other contractors (at my request) to help with remedying the foundation issues that led to the mold problem in the first place. We scheduled the work for a few days later, and again she arrived on-time and performed the work while maintaining the same high standards of quality and professionalism. After the work was finished, we reviewed the remediation, talked about next steps, and arranged payment. I could not be happier with Peek. I would highly recommend them to anyone battling a mold issue, and God forbid we should have another problem, Peek will be the first people that we call.

Awesome job! Peek Mold Control estimated it would take three days to do the job. They were through in three days and after the job was complete the house smelled better immediately. All trash was removed promptly. The owner and workers were professional, courteous and hard working. I would use Peek Mold Control again and would highly recommend this company.

Peek mold did a great job, although at first, I wasn't completely satisfied. But I spoke with Shary and she came back a second time to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. Her customer service is excellent.
