Further & Beyond contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. We set it up for December 18th, as I wanted the house cleaned before the holidays. The day came and went, without a confirmation, without a call saying they'd be late. I called and left a message, without a return call. In fact, I haven't had any contact with this company since the initial scheduling.

Unprofessional and difficult vendor. After nearly one month of moving service dates and untimely responses to emails, I requested a refund.

It did not go!!!!!!!!!!!! Never could reach to schedule. Attempted email and phone, no response. Hoping for refund from Angie's List.

Badly, they did not show up for the appointment and did not call to let me know that they needed to reschedule. They do not answer the phone and have no option to leave a message. I have requested a refund from Angie's list.

The coupon was refunded and that was that. Never tried to contact them again.

I want my money back. No service and no contact from provider after missing scheduled appointment.

We bought a deal $99 for 6hrs house cleaning. Had to wait weeks to even schedule the appointment. The day finally came and we had the house all prepared to be cleaned. They never showed up... Didn't call and the only number Angie's list has for them says they are "unavailable". We are HUGELY disappointed and after reading some recent reviews, apparently this isn't the first time they have done this. DO NOT BUY A DEAL FROM THEM!!!!!

Further and Beyond did finally contact me about their associates failure to show up on the service date. Further and Beyond stated that there was a death in the family and the cleaning associate did not contact them or show up to any appointments that day. I needed the service provided before my family arrived in town and now would like a refund. I feel that Further and Beyond could have responded to my two phone calls on the 16th asking about when they would arrive. Further and Beyond is most likely a good small company but for unfortunate reasons they experienced several a services failures. 1-a no show and 2 - not returning calls I would be willing to give this company a second chance in the future.

I have never had anyone clean my house before (besides myself!), so I was a little uncertain about what to expect. Also, I was amazed at the seemingly unreal offer ($149 for six hours of cleaning services). But I decided to give it a shot, mainly because I would rather be doing anything else other than cleaning. ANYTHING! So, I purchased a total-house cleaning (six hours of cleaning services) from Further and Beyond, and set a date and time for them to clean the house. Unfortunately, that date came and went without any contact from the owner of the company. HOWEVER, this story has a happy ending. so please read on!! I contacted the company again, an spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely apologetic and immeidately responsive. We agreed on another date, and not only did they arrive on time (almost to the minute!) but the owner came himself. He and a co-worker cleaned my house from top to bottom, and did an incredible job. They were polite, professional and thorough. I am definitely giving this company another chance - simply because of the wonderful work they did! (The ONLY reason I gave them a "B" on "punctuality" is because they didn't show up the first time. However, I must point out again that they did arrive exactly on time for the second date.)

Contractor scheduled apt for 9:00 AM on 12-5-13. Did not show nor did he/they call to explain. Left VM on his phone asking he call. No reply. Guess he doesn't want/need my business.

Communicated with provider on several occasions via email 11/18, 11/19 11/20 11/27 11/29. No call to confirm. No show on scheduled day 12/6/13 - 9:00 AM.

They got in touch with me a day after I purchased the Big Deal. They refused to honor the deal because they were out of the service area, yet they continue to advertise in my area. It was very misleading.

They cleaned my entire house. Some of the best money I have ever spent on Angie's List. The cleaning materials they used smelled wonderful. Water was boiled to mop the floors. Dusting was thorough and complete. If you need your house cleaned, dont hesitate to call Further & Beyond Inc.

He did a good job. We probably should have mentioned to him that a ladder would be required for this job. We ended up providing our own. Everything went well and he did quality work.

It went really well. They were very flexible with my scheduling.

They did a nice job and even redid one tub ,without question, when it did not turn out as "slip free" as anticipated.
