At first it was great! They showed up when promised and performed the work efficiently. As time went by, however, family issues interfered with scheduling. I was understanding and we worked together; however, toward the end of the time, they did not return texts or calls, so I’m not sure what happened. They are a lovely couple though and worked hard while here. I would hire them again.

Do some things well, others not. Doesn't spread pinestraw well, messy on shrub pruning.

Price deal was great, and they had a fast response to set up first 2-hour service. Initial service to clean up yard was done quickly, efficiently, and crew was friendly and courteous. All yard waste was bagged for our trash company to pick up. Follow-on bi-weekly maintenance will start soon. Overall so far we're very pleased with THS and would recommend them to others.

The guys arrived on time, a little early actually, and worked the whole two hours completing the list they were given. They did an awesome job!

3 Men came out and did a spectacular job! We had a lot of sticks and other items on the ground, particularly because it was after Irma came through.

Better than expected. I had asked for the ivy and the weeds to be cut down which they did. In addition, they moved the debris to another area in the yard as requested, and they blew off the deck surrounding the pool. It was a small miracle and I am very grateful.

Absolutely miserable experience. I paid for this service in April because I deployed to the Middle East in May and wanted to take one thing off my wife's plate. The first visit was supposed to be two hours where they were to take my "wish list" of items I wanted to have tended to beyond just mowing and spend the two hours completing as much of it as possible. They spent 40 minutes at my house that day, mowed, and didn't even edge. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction and was assured they would spend the two hours on the next visit and would address the items on my list. While deployed, my wife called and said they hadn't been doing anything but mowing and that everything was getting out of control. I used a calling card to call and speak to the manager and she promised they would fix it and agreed to send before and after pictures of my yard after every visit. I never received one photo after that day-2.5 months ago. I returned from my deployment yesterday to a disaster. My yard is horrifyingly embarrassing. I think I could have paid my 10 year-old neighbor to take care of the yard by himself and it would look better. The trouble areas I specifically requested they maintain are completely overgrown and will require days of my time to tame...a taming I already paid this company $999 for.

Got a confirmation call a few days before the visit. They showed up even a bit earlier than expected. We discussed what needed to be done. They got it done. Simple as that. Will hire again when the time comes. Totally satisfied with performance.

Missed a few spots but took care of them when I pointed them out.

The Angie's List Special ended up being 4 guys, owner and 3 helpers for 1.5 hrs. The owner trimmed hedges and the helpers picked up behind him. While he worked in the back yard, the helpers were in the front yard on their phones instead of doing work. Long story short, I don't feel that the deal was worth it. The helpers seemed like they needed constant supervision. Sorry, just being honest.

They cut and stacked the brush as requested.

Service is okay. Basically you get what you pay for. The people that run the company are great, but the crews that come out and do the work are wildly inconsistent. They'll trim some bushes and completely miss others, same for removing weeds and dead plants. If you're looking for a cheap service to cut your grass, they're great option. Anything more then that you should consider other options. My advice to them would be pay closer attention to the work that's being done by done your employees. They want to get in and out as quickly as possible, and the overall quality suffers.

They have done a half way job moat of the times they have come, even after i told the Office, and asked the crew to do specific things they were not done.

Okay, was not present and therefore did not cover areas of most importance to me

My wife was home at the time of the service and said that 1 guy did all the clearing and 3 were cleaning up/ bagging the debris. This leads me to wonder what the 3 cleaners were doing until there was enough for all 3 to start filling bags. The job was not completed and I feel the crew could have been much more efficient. They also got the amount of time wrong and left without saying anything, so I had to call the office and get the crew back out to finish the work without so much as an apology for the confusion.

I thought they did a great job. They were busy constantly and very compliant; took care of all my requests without any question.

As always with THS, all I had to do was tell Brian what I needed done and he made it happen! Thanks as always!

Front yard is out of control and I really needed help. First I hire them for six hours and they did a great job. Of course that was not enough to keep the weeds at bay so I have purchased the $999 annual contract. Today was the first day of the contract they were out on time and did a great job.

They arrived a little late, but they did a good job.

Had two great previous experiences but this last time, very disappointed as to the amount of work completed. Due to the past experience, was not present when they came by but after sending before and after pictures of the work to the owner, was surprised that I never received a follow up on my experience. Unfortunately they have lost a repeat client.

Fantastic. Would highly recommend this company. Not only is their work excellent but they treat us with a professionalism and respect that I enjoy. My wife is very shy. They get her to react positivley and leave me confident that I dont have to doubt anything they do.
