I had a ton of leaves in the backyard that I couldn't do myself. (Too out of shape.) The team came by and worked like "rented mules." LOL Honestly, I can't believe the amount of work they got done while they were here. I also asked them to clear out brush that was overgrown. They also cut down some small (1/2 in thick) trees that were growing in odd places. I could not have been any happier with their service. I will definitely be calling them for all of my leaf/brush cleaning needs.

The work done was excellent. After a couple of cancellations due to severe weather, the final outcome was beyond expectations. Suzanne was very diligent in working with me and insuring that rescheduling was efficiently accomplished.

Work was not done 1/17/18 was date of last contact. The previous review listed the work as completed...it was done Original comments were as follow: They did not get back to me for days. There was snow but ther are 31 days in December! I needed the work done so that the next phase of work could be done. They finally scheduled a date of January 18th but called today because it snowed last night and it is cold today the 17th. They want to cancel tomorrow because it will be cold. I’d like a refund and have to go thru Angie’s list.

This was probably the easiest task I've had done around my home in a long time. THS arrived, asked a few questions, tackled the yard and were done in no time.

They did a great job! My only issue was I really wanted it done before Christmas, but had to wait until Jan 4th. In the end not a big deal, at least for me. It was freezing cold for the poor workers, though! Approx. 30 bags total.

Due to bad weather, they cancelled understandably and said they would reschedule. They never called back to reschedule. I gave them ample time to catch up with other projects they may have fallen behind with. They initially took a few weeks to schedule and I had to pick up and pay for the bags they required. After they cancelled, I never heard from them. I emailed Angie's and was told they couldn't refund my money because of a 30 days limit. I was extremely upset about that since I was being nice giving them time to get to me. I won't use Angie's in the future. I thought they stood behind their services. Bad deal.

So so... gave them a punchlist of things to do and the owner said no problem. Come to find out they didn't do some of the items on the punchlist until I arrived home. I contacted them to see why they didn't complete the list and got a bogus answer back. Ran out of bags (they used 15, we gave them 20... go figure. No courtesy phone call to say they ran out of time,etc. nothing.. radio silence. I would have hired them to do more work but they didn't even give me the option to do so.

It went great. They arrived during the scheduled time and work efficiently to clean branches from the snow storm and move them to the curb. They also bagged about 14 bags of pine straw and cleaned my patio all in 3 hours.

Communication was great, arrived on time and did everything agreed.

Good. The off season clean up isn't great. I am as home last time. They spent 15 minutes and didn't clean up leaves. They ask for leaf bags but don't use them. Overall, they're convenient and good.

The THS team was amazing. They were yard ninja's that came in, saw what needed to get done and magically transformed my yard from a hot mess to presentable. Thanks THS team, we have more work to do, you will be hearing from me again!
