I never did meet the project managers for both phases of the project, I guess they were to busy. The crew leaders were very good and responsive. The company does good work but, there communication is lacking in regards to keeping you informed as far as when the project will start etc.

They were wonderful. Great response. Beautiful job, and clean up perfect!

Everything went smoothly as planned. Frank And his crew were very awesome from the estimate to the job done a very professional group. I highly recommend and would use again.

EXCELLENT! Visit ti my house was very professional. Estimate that followed was reasonable & thorough. Very considerate in scheduling the work. The wood repair was very well done. The painting that followed was excellent except for one area that did not adhere well. After meeting with Superior Pro and the paint manufacturer, the decision was to sand down the area (which was not in the original scope-of-work). There was no additional cost and the re-painting has been fine, Superior Pro is a very qualified and professional firm to work with. They DO make sure it's right and that my wife & I were satisfied!

This was a three phase process. The estimator came out and gave us an estimate for the work. The wood repair crew came next. They were followed by the paint crew. The estimator was polite and behaved professionally. He worked from the ground and identified visible areas that needed wood repair. He never got on a ladder (foreboding, perhaps?) The wood repair crew repaired the areas of rotted wood that had been identified by the estimator, but no more - even when it should have been obvious to them once they got up on the ladder. The work they did was acceptable as best I can tell. The paint crew arrived the next week and despite someone always being home, pulled screens off the house while they were still latched in place and forced open several windows which seems to have caused some loss of seal to the windows. In removing the screens, they damaged the tracks that the screens slide into. (The paint crew foreman later denied doing the damage, but did repair it) I have yet to address the issue of the window seals with them. Both the wood crew and the paint crew borrowed our garden hose and just left it laying in the yard when they finished rather than returning it to where they found it. The paint on the siding looked fine. The trim paint work was very poor. There were areas where they did not paint at all, areas where they did not apply adequate paint, and at least one area where they painted over their own masking tape! The trim is the most critical areas to paint. They painted the garage doors but failed to cut the paint seal. When we attempted to lift one door, the door stuck in place and the garage door opener ripped the mounting bracket away from the door and damaged the door. They did deduct the repair cost from the billed amount, but the inconvenience and hassle were totally unnecessary. They painted our front door no fewer than five times. Each time, the paint bubbled up. I finally quit asking them to paint it as I thought five times was enough. Currently, my front door appears to have warts. Anybody know a professional painter? They painted our shutters and left dried paint on the brick. They left dried paint on several windows. They did clean this up - after we pointed it out. The members of the wood repair crew and paint crew were polite. But there was a language barrier. The paint crew supervisor came to the house the day work started and one other time - that was it. He got a little nasty when we asked that they re-paint the trim on the weather facing side of the house (despite having sent him photos of the un/poorly painted areas. If you hire these folks, you will have to monitor their work very, very closely. The only reason I didn't rate them an F is because they did (as best I can tell) address the issues we raised. But the fact is that we never should have had to raise the issues. This was far from a "hire and relax" situation. We constantly had to monitor what they were doing and how they were doing it. As if it isn't stressful enough to spend $4,000 imagine adding to that the daily headache of worrying about getting quality for your money. I do not recommend this company.

They were good. They were kind and very professional.

They were excellent and extremely patient with question after question after question. When it came to patching everything back together, I was not rushed. They wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I was thrilled with them.

Went real well. About a day and half as promissed.

Did not use them--too expensive.

They were quiet, courteous, punctual, and cleaned up each day before they went home. It took about 3 days to complete.

No major problems,all work was completed per contract specifications. Some members of painting team younger men, could not speak English , required stronger supervision from their supervisor.Management of firm readily listen to any suggestions I had and job was completed per contract and time frame stated

Initially they thoroughly inspected the house with me. They listened to how I wanted to approach the project and offered suggestions and noted apparent problems. We agreed on how to solve those issues. Their proposal was received a few days later with a complete description of the project at a reasonable price. They responded positively to a few adjustments to the proposal and we agreed on a tentative date after we returned from vacation. On my return, I was glad to see that they were still working to our agreed upon tentative date and that?s when they started! The wood repair work was excellent and even exceeded my expectations! They were on the job continuously (as much the rainy weather of this summer allowed) and the painting & staining looked wonderful! There was a callback issue with the deck stairs, After they looked at the problems, we met with the paint/stain manufacturer?s rep. They followed the manufacturer?s recommended fixes and performed the work to correct the problems. They now look as good as the rest of the house. Superior Pro was super professional throughout the project and we we will use them again!

They were very professional, clean, and did a great job.

Their quote for the job came in midway between all the companies I had provide estimates, and I went with them because they were Lead Safe certified for handling my older house with lead paint. The actual paint job was done very well, however my complaint was that the crew only loosely followed the EPA guidelines for safe lead paint removal, and I had to actually remind them not to sand the old paint and other proper lead safe techniques. Paint chips were also not well collected, and I am continuing to find lead paint chips around my house today. Therefore, I would recommend them for a newer house, but definitely not for an older property. I could have saved $1000 by going with another firm and gotten roughly the same result. The estimator and the office staff were great to work with (although I did have to call to make an adjustment to my invoice - which was quickly cleared up.)

Once I had signed the agreement with Dennis, he related that they were about 2 weeks out on jobs and once they started they would need one week to complete the job, which fit my schedule. The following week I got a call from the schedular who let me know that they would actually be able to start earlier. On Thursday April 28 the crew arrived to begin. A representative of Superior Pro introduced himself to me and then introduced me to everyone that would be working on the house. They gave me an overview of exacty how they would proceed. That day, the house was pressure washed that morning and after lunch they began caulking the house, making wood repairs and priming areas that needed it. On Friday morning they began painting the house and worked all day Friday and Saturday. On the following Monday (April 1) they worked all day and completed everything. This was a huge job. Because of the color changes the house was sprayed with two coats of paint and all of the trim also got two coats. The job was completed very quickly but not at the expense of detail. Every afternoon I walked with the forman of the crew working on my house and looked for missed areas, spill, drips, etc... and I can honestly say there was nothing I could find wrong. These guys were great! I was blown away at the attention to detail. When the washing was complete and they went to recaulk, I could not find a single joint or seam on the house without fresh caulk. Overall, a jpb that was suppose to take 5 days only took 4 days and I cannot be happier with the results. I know I could have had this job done for less money, but I am convienced it would not have been as good of a job and with quality Sherwin Williams products. One last thing about the designer. In one our with us, this woman steered my wife and I through the process of picking colors, something that would have led to hours of looking at colors in a paint store had we decided to do this on our own. This is a very valuable benefit and another reason to consider Superior Pro!

I had estimates from 24 different companies to redo my home on the exterior before I decided on Superior Pro. I am very pleased with the result. Alan came by for the initial estimate. I appreciated that he did not try to "Hard Sell" me his company. Their prices were reasonable with the scope of work that I needed to have done. I called Alan twice to come back to see exactly what they were going to use on my house. Both times, he responded with promptness and professionalism. They were not the least expensive, but I thought the quality of their products made up for it. Once on site, the work went quickly. My two complaints are: 1. The siding guys did not clean up after themselves each day ( I had to sweep my patio of debris and nails so my dogs did not step on them and they left siding with the nails sticking up that my fence guy actually stepped on one that went thru his shoe) and 2. they continually left my gates open so my dogs got out of the yard. I would have to check the gates before I could let my dogs out (every time they were left open after repeatedly asking that they be closed). The foremans came by each day to ensure the work was being performed correctly. As a bonus, they have a decorator come by to suggest and decide on paint colors. I am glad I was home when they started painting as the door color was wrong. As soon as I mentioned it to the painter, he went and picked up the right color. The Simonton windows and Hardie Plank siding have already made a huge difference in the comfort of the inside of my house. Except for the gutters, all work was performed by employees of the company which is important to me. I would highly recommend Superior Pro to anyone that needs an upgrade to their home. Superior Pro turned the worst looking house in the neighborhood to the BEST looking house in the neighborhood.

They did a fantastic job. They did it in a very short amount of time, it only took two days with the crew they sent out. This was for the paint and all the exterior trim on our two story house.

It was a good experience. They broke my garage door and when I called them they came right away and fixed the door. Right after they painted the deck it rained so they came out a repainted the deck. I worked with Freddie and he did a great job.

They showed up with 2 hours of start time and did the entire house as instructed but did not do a very good job on fixing drywall cracks and they are back within a year. They also said they would come back and touch up after we moved in but we could not get them to come back. They just ignored our phone call. Also, used cheap primer in the bathroom and paint is coming off the wall. Did not use quality bathroom paint in the bathrooms. They need to be redone again as they assured us their paint would wear well in the bathroom and it doesn't.

They were good and very professional. They worked crazy but the work was good because they went over and above that was not just a painting job. There were holes that needed to be filled that they took care of. They did repairs along the way through the painting job. I would use them in the future if their prices were better.

They are punctual. They show up on time. They do good work longer than they estimated which might have been on the downside.

COMPLETELY SATIISFIED. QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING

The main reason I like them is that they do quality work. My only criticism is that after I authorized a couple of repairs, I was surprised by the price that was presented on the bill.

Superior Pro was great. The painters did an excellent job and were very polite. The wallpaper job proved to be very difficult but they persisted and it looks wonderful. They were great about letting me choose multiple colors for walls and ceilings. Everything was left very clean at the end of each day.
