Description of Work: This price does NOT include paint. Supervisor checked work at the end of the job. I would have liked the supervisor to check work a couple more times during the project.They do have a two year warranty on the work. They did not treat the metal entry doors before painting and so had to come back and repaint.

Otherwise, we do include, typically, Sherwin Williams premium paint products. Because you provided this review over a year later, it is tricky to access what transpired. However, it is our protocol that Project Managers (PM's) are out on the job sites daily. Project Managers now have a Client Communication Form that they provide on the first day of meeting with the homeowner that includes the PM's name and number, Crew Foremen's name, our Schedulers' names and numbers so that we are easily accessible for you. It also lays out what to expect over the time we plan to be working on your project. We stand behind our work and honor our warranties. If you ever have an issue, please do not hesitate to call. We bring almost 17 years of business to the table along with insurance, strong warranties, a talented team and more. Now, for smaller projects, such as painting one room or just a deck, we typically recommend using a local handy man to get a better price. We even provide resources for homeowners to call - for the smaller projects. However, we are always happy to provide a free estimate as a point of reference for people, if needed. Description of Work: Our church used Superior for painting the Narthex with my recommendation after viewing Angie's List. The first crew they sent out were very rude and unprofessional as well as being late on the job. Our maintenance director called and a new crew was sent out 2 days later. They were very professional, on time and did a wonderful job in a timely manner. They bent over backwards to make things right.
