My wife and I have been very satisfied. They arrive on time, the same lead person has been present every time, they work quickly but clean thoroughly. If there is something we would like for them to pay particular attention to during a visit they gladly do so. They send reminder emails before each service and follow up each service with an opportunity to comment. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

I believe minimal effort was made in cleaning as the bathrooms already "looked" clean. I could tell that the faucets weren't wiped clean and the floor still had stains remaining after the service. I was left a note stating that they weren't able to get the "blue paint" out of the toilet. It was clearly not paint, but toilet bowl cleaner. The fact that a cleaning service wasn't able to recognize cleaning product is concerning. I would not use this service again.

We were in the process of selling our Condo and needed a good cleaning on prior to closing. My wife is an excellent housekeeper, but I wanted to make things easier for her as we were extremely busy moving into a new home. I handled the movers, she finished up at our old Condo. As it was, she stayed at the Condo while the 2 cleaning women from It's Maid Day came to do the cleaning to ensure it was done to her satisfaction and trust me, she is one tough cookie. Especially, when it comes to cleaning a home. She raved about the two women from It's Maid Day and the excellent job they did. She was very happy and that means, we were very happy with the service. We would recommend them and she spoke of using them to do some cleaning at our new home once we get settled.

Overall good service not as thorough of a cleaning as I would have liked. Areas of the home weren't cleaned the way I would have liked.

I am now seeking legal action for payment of having our hardwood floors refinished because of the damage they caused.

I did the 2 hour time block and the 2 ladies that came worked continuously for the entire 2 hours and left sweating (despite my house being 65 degrees) and smiling! They are super efficient, punctual, professional, polite and hard working! They have mastered the long lost art of professional and polite customer service! Scheduling service could not be easier with multiple ways to do so. The communications from the office were relevant and not so often it becomes annoying like some companies. I have used several cleaning companies over the years, but none even come close to It's Maid Day!

Excellent job was done: Full interior house cleaning that included hardwood floors carpets, tile floors, bathrooms, kitchen counters tops, dusting, baseboards, etc.

They did a very nice job cleaning my property. I felt the price was fair and their communication and availability was also very good as well. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend the company for anyone needing a cleaning service.

First, I called in a panic, because I had to get help at the last minute and wasn't sure if I would even receive a response 3 days before Christmas. I sent my request in and Ashley called me back first thing in the morning and said a team would be able to come quite a distance (45-1 hour), because the local team was booked. I made a few calls, and they were the only company who called me back. I was so happy that I was going to get help. With 2 pets, and 8 family members coming for the Holidays and falling ill, I really had to enlist help. I have never had a cleaning service before, but now I am hooked. They did such a fantastic job, I asked myself, why the heck am I killing myself everyday. Let the experts do it. And that is exactly what they were -experts. You want your home to come out looking better that what you can do and it did. It gave me a sense of peace and calm when I walked through the house and everything was sparkling clean, especially hard to clean areas like the stove and the shower. I have laminate floors, and never had been able to clean them like the did. They looked beautiful. Windows done, dusting done, deep cleaning all done with a lot of attention to detail. They even pull up the rugs when they sweep and mop. It looked brand new when they were finish. I won't make this too long, but if you are thinking or feeling guilty like I was for calling a cleaning service, because you think "I should be able to do this and all the other things I need to do -Don't. The monthly service is very affordable. If you can give up a few dinners out and a pair of shoes, then it is certainly worth it. The Ladies were professional, on-time and pleasant to work with. They even played with my dog at little when he was feeling ill. Great job Ladies.

Excellent. I was not able to give much notice, but, fortunately due to a cancellation, I was able to get a slot for the week I called. The two women who did the work were wonderful (sorry I do not remember names!), thorough, focused, and industrious the entire time. They did an amazing job in approximately 2 hours or 2 1/2 hours.

I've had them for about a little over a year. They're dependable and they did a very good job. They're mostly punctual.

They said our house was so clean already. But to me, I wanted all dust cleaned up and all the usual cleaning done. They serviced our house for a few years about 2010-2013 and I was happy with the maids.They were all very nice and most of them did a good job. It depends on who you get. For a while I had the same crew and I really liked them and they did a great job. Then the lead was out for a few months and I was not able to get her back when she returned. The new team didn't do as good of a job as the other team. I never had an issue with anything "missing" in the house. All in all I was pleased with It's Maid Day!

We hired Its Maid Day to do a one-time spring cleaning in our house as we were expecting guests from out of town, and they did a fantastic job. They scheduled and performed the cleaning within 2 days and did a thorough job from top to bottom. We were impressed with their service and responsiveness, and they were easy to work with. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a similar service.

The ladies that cleaned dig a great job at the begining. As time when on, they were more rushed. After talking with the ladies regarding my issue that things were getting missed I realized the problem is with the owner. The owner of this company believe the ladies should be able to clean a 4500 square foot house in 2 1/2 hours and a 5000 square foot house in 2 hours 45 minutes. That is not possible. He has the team on a timed scheduel down to the minute. I even offered to pay more so the ladies could have more time. He responded by sending me an e-mail 3 days before my bi-weekly service telling me that they would not be returning. He then accused me of trying to solicite the maids from him. DO NOT trust this guy. He has no idea what it takes to clean a house, refuses to come out and even see the property and when all else fails he trys to blame the customer.
