I highly recommend this company. A team of 2-3 hardworking women do an excellent job. Deborah is my team leader and pays attention to every detail and if I have special request she makes sure that is done to perfection.

Team called and asked if they could come early, said yes. They arrived and cleaned whole condo within 2 hours. House looked good.

We had an initial cleaning and then hired for bi-weekly regular cleaning. I like that they allow me to specify the rooms to be cleaned and price accordingly (we have 2 bedrooms and a bath that are not occupied, so we don't have them cleaned regularly - just on the deep clean service). they communicate regularly, and text the arrival time the night before and have always been on time. We tend to have the same staff most of the time, and we prefer that, but everyone who has been to the house has done an excellent job.

We are have been very pleased with services from It's Maid Day and would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service; I was very satisfied with the service I received for my first bi-weekly cleaning. Initially I had the deep cleaning which was outstanding therefore I decided to try bi-weekly cleaning and I will continue the bi-weekly service. Deborah was still the team lead and she did outstanding job as she did with the deep cleaning service. Deborah was accompanied by two other team members Kay-Kay and Olivia -both of these members provided outstanding service as It's Maid Day promise. My bathroom was spotless and the laminate floors (which are all through my whole house) were properly cleaned which is a hard job to do. I highly recommend this service for regular cleaning. Again, I will continue the bi-weekly service with It's Main Day Home Cleaning Services.

Service was outstanding, I was fortunate to have 2 teams and they both did an outstanding job;. very organized & attention to detail by the 2 team leads was fantastic; my home looked new inside. The bathroom cleaned by Requel, was cleaned & it looked so wonderfully clean also with interior design. Kala made the upstairs look wonderful. I have laminate floors & Kala cleaned the laminate floors marvelous upstairs & Diana dusted the 2nd floor. Bruce - the owner lead me in the right direction & excellent price that fitted my requirements. Amber was patient in helping me with a schedule that fit my needs. I highly recommend this company.

I love It's Maid Day! My first purchase when I re-entered the work field was a house cleaning service. I'd used It's Maid Day before when my ailing father lived with me and I needed help keeping up with his space in my house. They were great then and so I looked no further when hiring someone to clean my whole house. I love It's Maid Day day because I know I can just walk in and relax after working because my house is clean from top to bottom!

I've been using It's Maid Day cleaning service located in Kennesaw for quite awhile. I have found them to be dependable, sincere, hard working, trustworthy and honest. They do a nice job of cleaning without any supervision so that I feel comfortable having them come when I am unable to be home. There were two things that I was adamant about, that they work in a two person team every visit and secondly, be dependable. My expectations have been met and I'm very pleased with their work. They seem genuinely concerned with making sure their customers are satisfied which I am very grateful for. You can also adjust the cost by the amount of time and frequency of cleaning. I would recommend this company if you are looking for house cleaning services.

They did a very good job on the spring clean and my every other week cleaning. Brittany and Samantha are friendly and efficient. I look forward to seeing them!

My wife and I have been very satisfied. They arrive on time, the same lead person has been present every time, they work quickly but clean thoroughly. If there is something we would like for them to pay particular attention to during a visit they gladly do so. They send reminder emails before each service and follow up each service with an opportunity to comment. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

I believe minimal effort was made in cleaning as the bathrooms already "looked" clean. I could tell that the faucets weren't wiped clean and the floor still had stains remaining after the service. I was left a note stating that they weren't able to get the "blue paint" out of the toilet. It was clearly not paint, but toilet bowl cleaner. The fact that a cleaning service wasn't able to recognize cleaning product is concerning. I would not use this service again.

We were in the process of selling our Condo and needed a good cleaning on prior to closing. My wife is an excellent housekeeper, but I wanted to make things easier for her as we were extremely busy moving into a new home. I handled the movers, she finished up at our old Condo. As it was, she stayed at the Condo while the 2 cleaning women from It's Maid Day came to do the cleaning to ensure it was done to her satisfaction and trust me, she is one tough cookie. Especially, when it comes to cleaning a home. She raved about the two women from It's Maid Day and the excellent job they did. She was very happy and that means, we were very happy with the service. We would recommend them and she spoke of using them to do some cleaning at our new home once we get settled.

Overall good service not as thorough of a cleaning as I would have liked. Areas of the home weren't cleaned the way I would have liked.

I am now seeking legal action for payment of having our hardwood floors refinished because of the damage they caused.

I did the 2 hour time block and the 2 ladies that came worked continuously for the entire 2 hours and left sweating (despite my house being 65 degrees) and smiling! They are super efficient, punctual, professional, polite and hard working! They have mastered the long lost art of professional and polite customer service! Scheduling service could not be easier with multiple ways to do so. The communications from the office were relevant and not so often it becomes annoying like some companies. I have used several cleaning companies over the years, but none even come close to It's Maid Day!

Excellent job was done: Full interior house cleaning that included hardwood floors carpets, tile floors, bathrooms, kitchen counters tops, dusting, baseboards, etc.

They did a very nice job cleaning my property. I felt the price was fair and their communication and availability was also very good as well. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend the company for anyone needing a cleaning service.
