The housecleaning went very well. Everything dusted or wiped, floor vacuumed and mopped, and bed made up. Only thing was scheduling, they called the day before asking to come early and I said ok, but then they were almost 1 hour late.

I Recommend this company. Deborah and her crew always leave my house sparkling. Never dissappointed.

Considering it was the first cleaning, things went well. For future cleanings, I will have more of my house cleaned. I am hoping we can agree on a price affordable for me. Price changes were discussed with management at the conclusion of the job. I am concerned about the price increasing out of my affordable range - this first cleaning was affordable.

The work was not completed to my expectation and satisfaction initially. I calle the office to express my displeasure, the cleaners returned in a matter of minutes to complete the job as contracted. The team leader, Lyza, was fantastic. Her people skills are exceptional. She immediately corrected everything, expressed her apologies and never became defensive. I appreciated that so much. Because of her attitude and work ethics, the job was properly completed and I have rescheduled her team to return for future service. Thank you Alexis for your professionalism and kindness.

I found the team that came to be professional and quite polite. They came on time and was did a very good job in cleaning. This is a recurring service that I am continuing. My team leaders were Olivia & Kayla were very pleasant and very happy with all.

Another job well done! As a disabled Vet, physical issues limit my ability to clean the house as thoroughly as I would like. After using others over the years, we have used the services of It's Maid Day now for several years. They come every four weeks and we have always been very satisfied.
