It's Maid Day

I've been using It's Maid Day for a few years and I've been very happy with my team. I've had the same team leader since the beginning. I like that they work in twos since it goes better with two people with a larger home. I've used other services and individuals over the years and this is the happiest I've been with a cleaning service and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful! My team of Tanya and Jaimie were prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. I'm really glad that these 2 are my team for future cleaning. Very friendly and personable-- even my dog liked them! Customer service for It's Maid Day is exceptional. Call in and there is a prompt response. I needed to change my schedule for a party, and I was easily accommodated. I prefer using an individual to clean my house, but It's a Maid Day is the best of both worlds. Very pleased.

With my elderly mother living with my husband and me, and us working fulltime, there's not a lot of housecleaning going on. (i.e. It's not my favorite job.) So I called It's Maid Day and, after a thorough phone interview, they assessed what was needed and how much time it would take to do the initial deep clean. It costs more that first visit, but the need was definitely there! Once we saw what a great job they did, we decided it was a good idea to continue the service on a monthly basis. This is the third month and, trust me, it's worth every penny!

This is my second cleaning with this service and I'm pleased with the team that came to my house. Tanya and Jamie were very professional, working quickly and efficiently. The house sparkled! I don't often use a cleaning service, preferring an independent woman or team to clean my home. The problem with that is that sometimes they can not come on the assigned day or they quit unexpectedly. I have found that It's Maid Day offers me dependable service and the office staff is friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend!

It's Maid Day has always done a great job when cleaning my house. I love coming home from a long day of work to a completely clean house. Deborah is the maid that cleans our house, and I appreciate her and her teammates' attention to detail, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. They come every two weeks, and the service they provide is a good value for me and my family. We are a family of four with two dogs. I would recommend It's Maid Day and Deborah without hesitation.

My mother is in her late eighties, and I work fulltime, so house cleaning has taken a backseat to other things for some time. We had used It's Maid Day in the past before we had company coming, so I contacted them again. I initially filled out a request for service form online, which was followed up by a phone call to fine-tune our needs. You can have as much done or as little as you choose. (We opted for them not to clean the refrigerator or make the beds, for instance, but could request that in the future.) The process really was professional from start to finish. Our house looked so much better after the girls were here, we've decided to have them come back on a regular basis!

They did a good job cleaning my 2 bed/2 bath condo. Everything dusted, cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped.

Tonya and Stacey did a remarkable job at our home yesterday. We have three small children ages 5, 5, and 7, who have toys all over the house. But the ladies straightened and put away all of their toys, and still completed all of their vacuuming, dusting, and mopping responsibilities. Thank you It's Maid Day!

My first time.... and I could not be more pleased! Crystal, Porsha and Joannie arrived promptly and worked tirelessly. Crystal listened to my special needs-- fragile antiques that needed special care, quartz countertops that needed gentle cleaners, etc. So very happy and look forward to a return visit. Best of all-- my husband noticed how well they cleaned!
