It's Maid Day

My boyfriend Luis and I had recently consolidated homes and needed Luis' townhouse to get a good clean as we finished figuring out how to organize all of our stuff. Michelle, Rhyann and Jana came over to conduct a spring cleaning, and boy did our place look GREAT! The windows were sparkling, the dust was gone and the kitchen and bathrooms were probably the cleanest they've ever been! They even made sure our dogs were comfortable with them being in the house. We loved the cleaning so much that we're now scheduled for deluxe cleans every other week. Thank you it's Maid Day and a special thank you to Michelle, Rhyann and Jana!

Very well. Cleaning is efficient and complete and staff have always been polite, friendly and respectful. My ‘good’ rather than excellent rating on professionalism is due to slight miscommunication (having to clarify my instructions more than once) with company but I am very happy with the service and highly recommend.

"It's Maid Day" is great! The girls always come exactly when scheduled. They come in smiling, introduce themselves, and get right to work. This time I requested if they could possibly swap out one room (the guest room), that was not being used, for another bedroom that we've not had them clean on a regular basis. The response was, "Not a problem. That's what we're here for!" Thank-you, Sunny and Sydney! It's such a treat to come home from work on a day YOU have been there! See you next month!

It was amazingly easy. I have very limited time to meet with house cleaners. They were able to provide the price without coming to see my home and the cleaning experiences was better than I expected.

Excellent service. This was an initial cleaning of my home and service will now continue twice a month with this company. The two person team provided me with an overall excellent home cleaning experience. They were prompt, responsive, pleasant and professional. My bathrooms, showers, wood floors, cabinets and overall general cleaning were cleaned to my great satisfaction and the big plus was I was relaxing on my porch and reading a book while all this was being done. Sold on this company!

We've been using It's Maid Day for a few years now. They do a great job and will even call to make sure there are no problems. I have never had any complaints or issues with this company. we will be using them for many more years to come. They are always professional and nice and will communicate any time they may be late or even early. my house is always sparkling when they are done.
