Sunny and Katie did a great job. They come weekly and have a check list from the company. It’s Maids Day is very responsive if I call to change the schedule or have any concerns about the cleaning. I do not have to call them often. Excellent company I have used them for over a year

As usual, Crystal and Marzondria (team 22) did a fantastic job! I was actually home when they arrived (which is a rarity), so I decided to take my dogs for a long walk at a park to get them out of the way. When I drove back to my house I thought they'd still be there but they were super fast! Already done and the house looked and smelled great as usual. I will continue to use It's Maid Day and specifically Crystal and team as they are amazing!

My usual day of cleaning is once a month on Wednesday but I got an email this time letting me know that my service was rescheduled to the following day because the team was not working that day. Anyway, not a problem this time since I didn't have anything planned. Rhyann and Marzandria did a great job cleaning my home. It was fresh and clean and they did a great job making everything look great. Their attention to detail really shows. Overall a very good cleaning.

The team that did our cleaning was excellent. They were very thorough and completed the work in a timely manner without sacrificing service. Although I thought the price was a little high I have never had a deep cleaning done before. It was well worth it. I am planning to use this service again in the future.

This company is so much better than the one I used for many years that went downhill. They have the process down to a science from initial contact to first cleaning. I like how they go about things.

Super! So glad to have the same team for every cleaning, even though I only have a once a month service. Tanya and Jamie are always on time, very professional and eager to please. I had a house guest for the holidays and the house looked spectacular and inviting after their cleaning. They are always ready to do the "little extras", especially when I have a guest in my home.

Team 8 has done a fantastic job once again! The wood floors are squeaky clean. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle.

I rarely ever leave reviews on the internet but alas, here I am. Firstly, I want to say, Ms. Darlene who handles scheduling is an absolute angel. I enjoyed speaking with her whenever I had the pleasure to do so. I am a busy and overwhelmed mom who decided to try a cleaning service for the first time ever. 3 girls showed up Friday (12/27) and stayed for about 2 hours or so. I was out and left my dad in charge. I return to a pretty clean downstairs area. I walk upstairs to find that the hard floors/baseboards hadn't been swept/cleaned/mopped at all. The bathrooms had not been cleaned adequately (the area behind the toilet, on the floor, you know the spot, completely untouched) and shower poorly cleaned. My mistake was not being present for the duration of the cleaning, paying by money order and leaving a $30 tip with my dad for the 3 girls that showed up. I took pictures and video of the uncleaned areas and called the very same day to leave a message. I also emailed the service and attached photos and video. I received a call from Bruce, the owner, the next day. Bruce was apologetic and offered to send another team out the following Monday to do what the first crew should have done. Initially I agreed to this but the more I thought about it the more it didnt sit well with me. lt would be an inconvenience to me to take off from work to be present to supervise the second cleaning. Also the first cleaning is your first impression which left a lot to be desired. Actually, it was a terrible first impression. I called the service Monday and spoke with Ms. Darlene about cancelling any further cleaning services and asked to discuss a partial refund with Bruce. Bruce did not call me back on Monday. I called Tuesday and Bruce called me back and offered a partial refund of $30 of a $273 service ($303 if tip included). And that would be offered only after he has spoken with the team leader for my service that day. So now I have exhausted my patience. 3 girls, 2 hours and my home should have been sparkling clean, period. I should not have to schedule a re clean and I absolutely won't accept $30 for my troubles. By check via USPS no less, that is a joke. Also, if you have photo and video evidence that the job was not done to your business standards what bearing does a conversation with your team lead have on making up for the poor service I received? So here I am, leaving a lengthy review of my experience. I regret giving It's Maid Day my service and time. If you decide to book with this business be present during your cleaning and don't pay cash or money order!
