The service was not great at all. The first time I gave them a good review because I didn’t find the item that a worker broke in my home and didn’t say anything about it. I let the company know and nothing happened. Nothing offered.. Cobb Webbs was still in the ceilings and they were reachable..The second time I asked do they vacuum corners along the wall which you would need a slender attachment the Lead Bri replyed that’s extra.That’s crazy it’s part of cleaning. The the worker turned the water on in the tub and she must have turned it the wrong way and started stripping it. She could not turn the water off.My water was running and I couldn’t turn it off. I called my husband, he was not happy.He said hold the check until he find the cost to fix it. Bri called the owner Bruce and he told the to leave. They did not mop floors/vacuum/clean dust..Their cleaning duster left blue marks on my ceiling and walls..The 1st charge was 520 not worth it. 2nd charge 161. They cxld 30 minutes before time to come to clean.Very unprofessional.Gave me 25 discount. Not enough for the changes I had to do. I will not recommend them!!
Description of Work: The workers was supposed to clean house vacuum, mop floors, clean cobwebs,clean bathrooms,clean blinds,baseboards,stove,countertops, dust furniture, without breaking anything.I moved things accordingly.The new worker Jamie was the one breaking and knocking stuff off the walls the first visit. Michelle twisted the faucet in the bathroom and stripped it causing running water and she showed no remorse. Too much money for half *** job.

I hope all prospective customers read this reply. We use ordinary care when we clean. When the cleaner turned on the bathtub faucet it did turn on but when she tried to turn off the handle would not catch. She was able to lift it off the peg. Over time the little screw that keeps the handle tight will get loose. The cleaner face timed me and you can clearly see the screw was exposed from the hole indicating it needed to be tightened. When we informed the owner she became enraged. Not upset but enraged. We asked for some pliers so we could turn it off. She started threatening our staff with lawsuits and other nasty stuff, so we left. We were nearly done with her cleaning and she said she is not paying anything so she stiffed us. This customer was verbally abusive on the first cleaning and our staff called our office on the second cleaning (this cleaning) asking to leave because of the [Member Information Removed] she was talking to them. We told them to finish the job if they could and we would not come back. People should be nice to service professionals but some people find joy in talking down to people. I see it in restaurants and other places, so they're out there. As the largest maid service in Georgia and over 8,000 cleanings a year, we run into people like [Member Name Removed] a few times a year. And one more thing for you would be customers of any maid service. Let the cleaners do their job. Don't try to manage them while they are cleaning. [Member Name Removed] was pointing out areas that weren't cleaned before we had a chance to clean them. And telling our staff we missed something before we had a chance to do our check where we correct any areas that could be better or missed. There are two types of maid customers. Ones that are looking for a service company to do their job. The other wants to manage the workers while they are working. Those people, like [Member Name Removed], need to hire an individual they can micro-manage. Good luck [Member Name Removed] on your journey, I will be praying for you.

They were good.. there was Cobb Webb’s they missed. Overall good.. I do think that in training, teach the new hire to be gentle in cleaning .. I had to snap back top on blind in the den area.. but overall they were good.. They seasoned people were great 😊!
