It’s Maid Day is my favorite day of the month. She did an excellent job. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

This is an odd company. They ask me to review them online and to only say good things about them so that the ladies who clean my home will get a tip. The cleaning ladies on Team 32 did an excellent job as always. My home is sparkling when they leave. I have only good things to say about the quality of the cleaners. One thing I like about the management of this office is that they send the cleaners at a time convenient to me,. On all other matters, I'm not so impressed with the management of this organization. I prefer to have contact with one particular office person but never do. I have requested a specific cleaner be sent to my home. She was sent once but has never been sent again. The company says it will call me the day before and the day after the cleaning. They usually, not always, call the day before, but have only called me once to check on the quality of the cleaning the day after.

Each time they cleaned my home I gave them 5 stars so the cleaners would be tipped. Before the initial clean, I had to complete a very detailed questionnaire which asked very detailed questions. They asked for detailed answers, & I gave them detailed answers. The last review I posted gave them 5 stars, but I did write that I found some of their office practices odd. When I posted this review, the manager/owner of the Lilburn office called & chewed me out. He didn't like an honest review & then told me I had too many detailed demands (my "demands" were simply the answers to the questions they asked). He said none of the cleaners wanted to come to my home & that if I posted another review like the one I just posted, he would stop cleaning my home. The aforementioned post was sent to 5 review sights. He read the aforementioned post on another sight & called to tell me I gave him another bad review (he didn't realize he was reading the same review twice) & would thus cancel my service
