A great experience! Salar and his crews are really great to work with! Salar listens to what you want, gives his opinion when asked, keeps your project moving forward, and expects his crews to do great work- which they do! The crews are respectful, friendly, do quality work, and are seriously the cleanest crews we've seen. With any project little things come up and these guys will involve you and figure it out. They go above and beyond to make you happy. As a company they work together very well, get along with each other, and seem to have the same work ethic across the teams. We would definitely hire them again!

We hired BCM London to finish our basement. We were very pleased with the end result. They have a great crew, that is organized and extremely professional. I was particularly pleased with their ability to clean up after every project. I was able to share my design ideas and they were creative and willing to accommodate my suggestions. Overall very pleased with the experience.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail and the "extra mile" customer service we received from start to finish during this project. Salar and his team are professionals whose #1 goal is the happiness of their customers. Throughout the project, I had strong ideas about many little details that might've frustrated or annoyed the average contractor! But BCM London treated my concerns and ideas as highest priority, which ultimately resulted in a beautiful living area for my mom that reflects our love for her in the details. The craftsmen who came were friendly, and the work site was kept clean. They even surprised us with unexpected extras- like going ahead and painting our entire laundry room when only a small area of one wall required sheet rock repair, as well as installing sod around the addition. BCM London made this project a very enjoyable experience, for which we are grateful! We highly recommend this company to anyone considering an addition or remodel!

This morning I receive a text at 9:30 from Salar saying that "something unexpected had come up and changed his schedule for the entire day, but that I should have a great day, and that we would talk soon". I responded how disappointed I was, not to mention put off, since I have planned my whole schedule around our meeting and have taken off work for this meeting. Salar responded back saying that he was sorry, and then offered to "send his partner to take care of his other job site so that he can meet with me at noon". Now, while I appreciated the offer, this even further lessened my faith in BCM London. How am I supposed to trust this company with extensive renovations, when they can't even honor their commitment to an appointment made two weeks in advance? I replied no thanks, and Salar responded that sometimes certain incidents happen that are "beyond our control". However, I disagree. This wasn't an illness, it wasn't an accident, it was the course of their business at a job site! All I can say is that I'm glad I found about about their limited capacity to address issues on job sites well before making any commitment to them.

I was very pleased with the quality of work done by BCM London. Price was competitive and excellent communication and service provided throughout remodel. Adjustments were made as requested and we are extremely happy with finished project!

We're happy to write a review for Salar and the team at BCM London. We just finished a major renovation with BCM London where they were tasked with completely gutting our main level - which included removing 3 load-bearing walls, installing a new custom kitchen, building a master bath and installing exterior windows/siding among other things. We interviewed 3 other companies prior to selecting BCM London, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience and final product. BCM London differentiated themselves in several ways: - Very timely and prompt with all forms of communication. Salar, the project manager, would take calls and texts at all times of day and always assured us whatever the request or issue was, he would take care of it and make sure we were satisfied. Salar has said that BCM London tries to differentiate themselves by truly serving and caring for their clients – and that mindset and behavior was evident in everything they did for us. - With 2 kids (ages 3 & 1) and a wife at home, having a professional, respectful & courteous crew and subcontractors made a world of difference. We can honestly say we enjoyed each and every one of the many crews that were at our house. From painting to stone work to tile work to custom cabinetry, each member of BCM London's team was incredibly professional and took pride in their work. With their attention to detail, they would find minor imperfections we couldn’t even see and work to make it right. They were all friendly, cleaned up after each day, and always had a good attitude. - When we would change plans, remove or add something, never once did we feel that we were bothering or annoying them. We knew they wanted us to be happy, and they would rather have a minor inconvenience on their side then have us not 100% satisfied with the end product. Ultimately this project was successful not just because of the skilled team of BCM London, but because Salar was able to take a 3-4 month major renovation and made it as painless as possible for us. Yes, there were some stressful days along the way, but we ultimately trusted Salar and knew that he would get the job done. Salar and his team were impressive. From the initial meeting until the project was finished, this was an excellent experience. Salar was able to provide a reasonable and detailed estimate of the work. He and his team were professional and courteous. He was always available to review the project or to answer questions. Most of all, we love our renovated first floor!

Everything went smoothly, the crew all showed up on time and did a professional job, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Salar was a dream to work with. It was nice having a project manager that was constantly in touch with us and immediately answered any questions/concerns we had. We made a lot of changes throughout our project and it was a breeze. Salar also has a keen design eye so he was able to help us by making suggestions, etc. We also appreciated that we had a color consultant included and she was a huge help with colors, design. I highly recommend this company and would use BCM again for any future project!

Salar and his crew can take care of any unforeseen event that might happen during a remodel. Punctual, hardworking employees made the process go smooth. Really, really pleased with how the bathrooms turned up.

They were prompt and efficient. Problems were discussed and evaluated together. The workers were always polite and kept the area as clean as posible.

It was indeed a pleasure to work with BCM London Inc. for a master bathroom remodeling, which included replacement of bathtub, shower, toilet, lighting and vanity, plus complete floor tiling and new window installation. Prior to the project, all details were discussed, Certificate of Insurance, GA License offered and References provided. An Estimate of Project was written, detailed and accurate; giving a breakdown of timing and cost for completion. During the project, each step was made known in advance and execution completed as described. All sub-contractors were extremely courteous, skilled craftsmen, completing the work on time and meeting all the details outlined within the original Estimate. Again, I was very pleased with the quality of work preformed, a great pleasure to work with BCM London Inc. and would highly recommend for any home remodeling project.

It went well. It took about three days longer to finish the project. When it was finished we were satisfied.We have since called them back on two smaller projects

Project went great. Salar was very responsive in accommodating my last minute requests. It was a turn key project and he took responsibility for all areas including getting the permission from the City.

BCM London and their group of experienced workers provided excellent service, cleanup, and responsiveness to our needs. We were constantly making changes along the project and BCM London did a great job adjusting the scope of the project to meet our final needs. We got estimates from three local qualified contractors and BCM London was the only one who spelled out each step of the construction process item by item with prices in the written estimate. The other contractors just game us a lump sum and vague details of the scope which I could tell was going to lead to major change orders. BCM London was picked for their attention to detail from the beginning which lasted throughout the life of the remodel process. Their accounting system worked great with emailed invoices at the predetermined phases of the project as agreed upon during the estimate process. The projects turned out fantastic and we are asking for additional estimates for future projects.
