BCM did a fantastic job in updating our master bathroom. All aspects of the job were completed to our satisfaction! Salar was extremely easy to work with as he was organized, communicated well (and often), and was patient as we made a few changes into the project. Definitely recommend BCM for their quality work!!

BCM London finished our basement and it was an excellent experience. I was very nervous about finding a contractor that did high-quality work at a reasonable price and wouldn't take forever. From the very first contact, Salar was on top of things, getting an estimate back to me in record time. It's a family business so everyone works together well. When the project started, things progressed on schedule with minor setbacks (some caused by us and always understandable). I had to bring a contractor to check the AC unit and even he was impressed at the level of detail in their work. Salar was always reachable and ready to answer questions. He addressed any fixes we needed quickly and without complaint. I also LOVE that his crew leaves things clean and in great shape. We are very happy with our basement and would recommend them to anyone.

We are convinced that we chose the very best contractor to do our bathroom. It is more than beautiful - We can't get over the quality of the workmanship that all of the crews have shown us. Unbelievable! Secondly, all of the crews are outstanding. We are specially grateful for the quality of workmanship that was shown by the tile crew! Really great guys! Electricians did a fantastic job and we are really pleased with their patience and understanding. The counter-top guys were amazing as well. Well, Salar, we saved the best for last. Without his dedication, attention detail, his caring for "getting it right" in timely manner, not to mention his patience, really made us feel so special and important. If we ever do another big project, BCM London will be our guys! Thank you so much for our beautiful master bathroom! Thank you!!!

BCM London & Salar in particular were very good to work with. Salar is responsive & takes full ownership of the project & all the issues that come with. I'm a demanding perfectionist who has done much remodeling myself. The BCM team on the whole is very good though more care could have been given to the sheetrock finishing. I would use BCM again & have recommended the company to others already.

It was a pleasure to work with B.C.M. Salar was our initial consultant the project manager to the very end of the project. He handled everything with professionalism and friendliness. Everything discussed and agreed upon was delivered. This is the first time we've worked with a contractor and it could not have gone any smoother.

Salar and his team truly care about getting the job done properly, ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied, and doing so at a fair price. Salar's team was in and out of our house throughout the project, we gave them access for when we weren't there as well as when we were, and they were always polite and respectful and we didn't have any issues with his team. Our bathroom looks incredible now, the process was very smooth, and we now highly recommend BCM London.

This project was the third basement that I have finished. For the prior projects, I was my own general contractor providing about half of the work, and I subcontract out the rest. Since this was a fairly large project (~2000 square feet), and I had limited free time to perform this amount of work, I elected use a general contractor for the entire project. I was very pleased with the work of Salar and BCM London. Salar was very helpful with the design and estimating process. There were some areas that I did not know how best to finish, and he provided some options to consider. If he did not know if it were possible, he would check with his subcontractor and get back to me. I was impressed with his speed of supplying an estimate. He was able to provide an initial estimate in about 1 day, however some of that was due to a fairly detailed scope of work that I provided to him. I found Salar’s customer service to be excellent. He was extremely responsive with my questions and issues. I got into a habit of reviewing their work on a daily basis. If there were items not done to my satisfaction, I would address them with Salar and he would resolve them without debating with me. In general, we did not debate over extras unless the scope was a significant change. Bijan (Salar’s father) is clearly a knowledgeable electrician. He was very helpful in the layout of switches and receptacles. During the walkthrough, he offered his advice for location and layout of 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way switches. It was clear that he has done this many times before. In terms of schedule, Salar estimated that the project would take 12 week, and he met that schedule. He probably could have finished sooner, but some owner supplied materials delayed him by ~1 week. In general, I found all of BCM workers to have a good work ethic. I would rate their work as good, but not outstanding. They were all cordial and polite and very respectful of our privacy. We would typically interact with the workers on a daily basis, and occasionally, there were some minor language barriers. There was always at least one worker that was fully fluent in English so we could communicate with no issue, although some of it was through a translator or my basic knowledge of the ‘Spanglish’ language. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Salar and BCM London for constructions job.

Salar and his team were absolutely wonderful! Salar was easily accessible to answer any and all of my questions throughout the entire process and was super helpful in helping me decide on items, etc. Everyone on the team was friendly and everything was done on time and looked amazing. I honestly did not have one complaint about how anything was done.

This is a company who cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Right to the detail.

Salar and his team did an outstanding job. They were very detailed in their work and each of his crews took pride in their work product. Any changes were met with a "can-do" attitude by Salar. He listened as a contractor. Past contractors assume they know what we wanted more than what we knew what we wanted. We would definately use BCM again for any other projects around the house.

Salar and his team were outstanding. From his initial visit until all of the work was complete - they were impressive. He provided a professional, reasonable, and detailed estimate. His team was courteous and they always came when scheduled. They finished the project on time and best of all, we love our re modeled first floor!

Salar was a dream to work with. It was nice having a project manager that was constantly in touch with us and immediately answered any questions/concerns we had. We made a lot of changes throughout our project and it was a breeze. Salar also has a keen design eye so he was able to help us by making suggestions, etc. We also appreciated that we had a color consultant included and she was a huge help with colors, design. I highly recommend this company and would use BCM again for any future project!

Salar and all his crews' members demonstrated high technical competence, professionalism and dedication for the job. Starting from the pricing phase, Salar showed flexibility and fair market price if not better. During deployment, he adjusted and aligned to all our needs and demands that I would definitely set him as #1 go getter for any up coming job I may need. They successfully completed full end o end basement finishes including but not limited to: plumbing, eclectic, HVAC, Tiles, carpet, laminate wood, Paint, framing, ...etc not only with high quality but also prior to the set time plan.

Salar is delight to work with. He provided a detailed estimate and was always available when we had questions or concerns which were addressed quickly and positively. We dealt with framing, plumbing, electrical, hard wood and painting contractors. They were polite and professional and did all that was expected. The only shortfall were the painters who did not pay attention to detail in the same manner as the rest of the contractors but all punch lists were addressed and corrected. The project came in on budget and in less time than expected. We would definitely use BCM London for future projects.

Salar and his crew can take care of anything that might happen during a remodel. Punctual, hardworking employees made the process go smooth. Really pleased.
