My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much youâ re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etcâ ¦We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - heâ s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - itâ s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty. Contractors these days areâ ¦.questionable. I never looked at B.C.M. as â contractorsâ - I looked at them as an established business that has an amazing presence doing remodels. Salar and his team were honest the entire time the basement was being remodeled. He gave us our allowances on materials, if we went below, he took it off the bill at the end, if we went above he would add it as a line item in the estimate and send me a copy. In short, you wonâ t be in the dark - youâ ll always know whatâ s going on with budget as well as material costs. Hiring B.C.M. London was the best decision we could have made. You canâ t get any better. Iâ m a DIYer myself and Iâ m very picky about things and I will say that Iâ m extremely pleased with their work and would be glad to hire them again! PS. They finished the work on time, they cleaned up after themselves with a professional cleaning crew at the end. :)

We just finished our 2nd major project with BCM London and were extremely pleased, now twice. This project - a finish-out of an unfinished basement - was efficient, in-line with budget, and the team was helpful and flexible. We absolutely loved working with Salar and the entire team at BCM London to finish our basement, which also included a bathroom. The level of knowledge and professionalism that he and his team bring to the table are second to none. We spoke to a few other contractors and knew the minute we met Salar he and his team were who we were going to hire. Every person who worked in our home was kind, courteous and did an AMAZING job. True professionals in their crafts. I also really appreciated the quote process. It was easy to track all of our expenses throughout our project. Everything was transparent and we paid exactly what we were quoted. I would hire BCM London again for any future home remodeling needs and have already recommended them to several friends.

We were thinking about Remodelling our Basement for a while. We looked at several contractors and we couldnâ t find anyone that inspired our confidence. Finally we met with Salar from the BCM London Team. There was an instant connection and we felt this is the right team to work with. There was a level of appreciation for the different aspects of the Basement we were looking for. The team was creative and provided with a bunch of options and cost implications. We went through the basement remodeling while we were going through the Pandemic. It presented a whole lot of logistical and other challenges. The team was very professional, flexible and provided us recommendations when we were trying to balance the cost and the various options available to us. Salar will always make sure we understood the options, provide his recommendations and will leave it to us to make the final decision.The team was patient, understand things change and sometimes there will have to be some adjustments done to the schedule and the plans. We wanted a rustic Bar with a Hut like finish. Salar worked wit his creative team to provide us a digital design on how it will look. We got both a video mockup and pictures to visualize how the basement will look. The final version of the Bar after it was finished looked exactly like how we envisioned it.Credit to the team we now have a very nice rustic looking bar. Salar has a set of professionals in his team who know what they are doing. They will listen well and understand what we need and then come up with the right plans for the job at hand. For Example - We wanted an Indoor swing in the Basement. We had selected a 10 feet Wooden Plank already and Traditional decorative Indian swing chain set. These two already were heavy and we were worried how this will hold up if we have 3 or 4 adults sitting on this swing. The concern was will the structure be strong enough to hold this weight. Salarâ s team did the research and came up with the right location for the swing. They also found the right hardware to guarantee that this will indeed hold the expected weight and will be sturdy. As a result, we have a wonderful looking, traditional swing in the middle of the basement hangout area. The Basement finished earlier this year, we were thrilled at the overall quality of the Basement. We have a Bar, a Theater, a Boutique and a Gym a large hangout area. We got everything we asked for. We did escalate the budget a bit, however it was worth it. We will highly recommend Salar and the BCM London team to anyone remodeling their home. -Yuvaraj and Lakshmi

Awesome to work with and very flexible on changes. I hired them in 2019 to finish our basement and rehired them to remodel another partially finished room in the basement. Very professional family owned business. Would definitely recommend them.

Salar and his team were wonderful from the start. They remodeled our garage into a family room/office. At every step of the way, they made sure that we had everything we wanted. Changes came up throughout the project and they made them right away. Their ideas also helped save us some money in the end. Every one of the contractors they work with were very professional and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them in the future for any remodeling of our home. My wife and I had BCM finish out part of our basement. It was a complex job due to our basement not having any existing plumbing. His team did a great job and all of his workers were friendly, and would take the time to answer questions and adapt as we went along. Salar was always very prompt at communicating and ensured that all the permits and inspections went well. We would highly recommend him and will be using him again for future projects.

We hired BCM London to add a bathroom in our basement and finish a room/gym area. Their work is incredible! Everything from tile, drywall, electrical, plumbing, wood work, painting etc was excellent! Salar is a great communicator and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him and his team! You will not be disappointed with this company! Great people plus great work!

We used BCM London to do a full remodel of our basement. Around 1700 square feet. They were referred to us by our neighbors who also utilized their services for large projects. Definitely one of the easiest, attentive, and responsive contractors we have ever worked with. The results were awesome! Salar is great to work with. Would highly recommend! Looking forward to spending Sundays watching football in the media center room!

BCM London finished my basement and did an amazing job! I first reached out to Salar a few months after my daughter was born, 5 years ago. At that time, BCM London was one of many companies I reached out to for quotes. I liked BCM London the most as they had modern design ideas which fit my style the most. I didnâ t need to explain every single detail. Salar just got it. Unfortunately, I wasnâ t prepared to finance finishing my basement at that time. Fast forward 4 years and my wife and I are finally ready to finish the basement. Salar came to our house and listened to what we wanted, however, he could quickly tell that we didnâ t have a clear vision in our head. So, instead of taking orders, Salar recommended we consult with an interior designer. It was the best recommendation he could have made, as Megan from Avery + Home was phenomenal. She completely transformed the space, beyond my wife and Iâ s wildest imagination. After Megan finished the design, Salar and team were ready to begin the work. Salar was always very responsive, proactive in his communications, provided the most sensible recommendations to keep quality and control costs, as well as went above and beyond in making sure all of our needs and wants were met. Salar and his family at BCM London are absolutely outstanding, and I couldnâ t recommend them enough. Anyone in search of a team to finish their basement, I would highly recommend BCM London! I will be reaching out to Salar and team for future home projects.

Salar and the entire B.C.M. team exceed our expectations for the remodel of our den and master bath. They have formed partnerships not just with contractors in the various fields, but with true tradesmen. The work done in every area of our home was perfect. Salar and his team followed the design of our interior designer while making practical suggestions, based on their extensive experience, to ensure the final product looked and functioned exactly as we wanted and needed it to. They provided us a clear timeline and reached out with any updates or adjustments. They were always available to us if we had questions or needed changes. Every single individual that came into our home was not only highly professional, but they were courteous and kind. It was an honor to have them in our home and they all acted as if it was an honor for them to assist us with making the changes we wanted to our home. We highly recommend them without hesitation!

BCM London remodeled our master bath and did an excellent job. I did a basement with them in the past and I guess the greatest compliment is that I hired them again. I am happy to say that they are still excellent. Salar is responsive and helpful, always staying on top of the things. Their work is detailed and clean. They keep things neat and organized. Any problems that come up are solved with expediency. Would recommend!

Salar is very easy to talk to & really listened to what I was envisioning. He & his team always made sure I was happy with everything every step of the way. Salar is also very responsive to texts & emails. I never had to wait or wonder when he was going to get back to me on a question or concern. Salar & his team are very professional & truly want their clients to be happy. They also went above & beyond by helping move heavy items in the basement to the garage when the project was starting & then moved those same heavy items stored in the garage back down to the basement once the project was complete. Working with BCM London was an absolute pleasure. We interviewed and received quotes from 5 different contractors. At the end of the day, Salar and BCM seemed to best understand our vision, and partnered with us to get the very best within our ideal budget. We really donâ  t have enough great things to say about them. All of the subs and crews were fantastic, and the workmanship is incredible. This is our second project with BCM - Salar and his team. A few years ago, they renovated two bathrooms, including the master, and we were very happy with the experience and results. In 2021, we fully renovated our basement, including adding two rooms. As before, we are thrilled with the results. The BCM team provides upfront detailed cost estimates and timing, communicates well throughout the project, and works well with all aspects of the project - demo, rough build, drywall, tile, appliances, fixtures, etc. They also worked with us on ideas, providing feedback and input. Couldn't recommend BCM more highly!

There is no limit to the praise I could place on B.C.M. London for the work they did, from start to finish, on the complete overhaul of my master bathroom, master closet and master bedroom. Starting with the proposal/contract there was complete details, transparency, and adherence to agreements. The quality of the work staff and work done was top notch. The demeanor of all the crew was professional, respectful, and responsible. I am retired so was around the work site a lot and saw the consistent quality from plumbers, electricians, drywallers, demo crew etc. The pricing of the work, after comparison to numerous quotes, was fair and reasonable. Salar Sayari and his family should be proud of this business. I give them the highest recommendation possible.

We are delighted with our basement kitchen that was built recently by BCM. Solar Sayari was an excellent project manager, communicating with us as often as we needed, no matter how large or small the details. His workers were very experienced, dependable, and polite. I highly recommend BCM London LLC as they did an amazing job refinishing our basement and creating a suite for my parents to move into. With nearly 1,900 sq. ft of living space they transformed our rendering into reality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Salar, his father and the BCM team every step of the way. The estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. I was most impressed with the attention to detail in the response to my bid. Salar instilled a high level of confidence and was hands on during every phase. The project was completed on time and to the exact day as expected.

We have nothing but good things to say about BCM London! We had wanted to renovate our master bathroom for a long time, but were really intimidated by the entire process. I had a Pinterest board of ideas, but I was completely lost as to how to make it actually happen. BCM London had done several bathroom renovations in our neighborhood, and they came highly recommended. From the first interaction with Salar, to the last, the renovation was a totally seamless process. He referred us to Avery & Home to help with the actual design (also HIGHLY recommend Megan and her design expertise,) and they worked together to finalize the design and logistics. Salar was in constant communication with us to keep us informed of next steps and any potential delays. I don’t remember it ever taking him more than 10 minutes to return a text message no matter when it was sent—he is amazing. We are completely thrilled with our bathroom and would not hesitate to use BCM London for any future renovations—big or small!

Salar and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. You never know how subcontractors are going to work out on a given job, but the subs that BCM uses were so polite and professional. The team gutted and remodeled our master bathroom for us, and they also did some other electrical/lighting projects around the house for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They did a fantastic job, and we found Salar to be very personable and conscientious. They were also reasonably priced for the work that they performed. I would definitely recommend Salar and the BCM team, and we plan on using them again for future projects.

Salar Sayari was the perfect project manager. He saw a vision in our basement that I saw as hopeless. Our house is 38 years old and it showed in the basement with ductwork webbed all over and wiring hanging from the ceiling. It is now a great place to enjoy and entertain! Everyone who came to work was very respectful of us and our home and cleaned up at the end of the day. Anytime I contacted Salar he responded immediately.
