They have horrible communication. This has been a very frustrating situation for me. I am usually one to always give benefit of the doubt but in this case I just can not with this company. First, do not take their financing deal because they get half the money up front and do not have to have your approval for the second half. Their itinerary is very vague and they do not even know what half of the work is that they are supposed to be completing. The actual job itself was decent but not worth the hassle at all. Also don't expect to ever talk to the same person any time you call or they call you. Seems as if there are to many chiefs and not enough Indians. Not mad at the job, it serves its purpose as this is a rental property of mine, but would not recommend them to anyone

I contracted with Five Star to paint the exterior of our home. The work was preformed on time. The crew and supervision were very prompt and did an excellent job. The crew cleaned up everyday and were very courteous. I am very pleased with the way our home looks. I will hire this company again.

They performed the work within the time frame we discussed and he was very thorough explaining the process and their work. They matched the trim of my house well, they were courteous and professional and left everything cleaned up. They followed up several times to make sure I was pleased with their work. They fell right in line with what I expected for price. The gutters look great and I would recommend them to anyone needing gutters installed or replaced.

House needed a fresh look, and Five Star made it happen. The painters were professional, on time daily and a pleasure to work with. Chris,one of the project managers was on site daily to ensure things were running smoothly. Overall, pleased with the outcome.

They are called "Five Star" for good reason. The entire experience, from getting the estimate to working with the "designer" to seeing the work progress and end, was amazing. The cost was surprisingly reasonable, and the painting was perfectly artful and incredibly fast, with beautiful craftsmanship and no detail overlooked. Would that all home improvement teams were as skilled and knowledgeable as this one! I highly recommend them without reservation.

Michael and Carmen were wonderful to work with from start to finish! Michael came out and we discussed what we wanted to do to our house. We had the exterior pressure washed and painted. Michael offered us a clear and straightforward price quote. His price was very reasonable when you look at the value he offers. The painters who actually did the work were all professional and polite. Carmen came out for the walk through and she was more critical of their work than we were. It was important to them that their work was done properly and met their high standards. I cannot recommend Five Star Painting enough!

Painting itself was fine. Communication with the company not so much. It took them a month to get to the job. The painters showed up but had no id to prove they were with the company. They did come out on the weekend to make up for not coming out when they said they would. Project manager showed up on Sunday to get final payment but when my husband asked if he could use his credit card she said she preferred a check which he wrote but got no receipt for. We had to ask for one the next day after my husband had to move money around to cover the check. Over all the work was complete and done well

We now have the most beautiful dining room ever! We had a few issues throughout the project, but overall we are satisfied with the end results. The owner of the company is great and the painters were extremely friendly. In the end, the best reason for going with 5 star is because they will always make sure you are happy when the project is over.

Working with Five Star Painting was easy and the quality was outstanding. The painters were polite, punctual, and efficient. The entire process was satisfactory. My house looks great!

The guys done a pretty good job in the kitchen. There were a couple minor things that I had to fix. The only thing that was disappointing was they spilled paint in the driveway and didn't clean it up.

In the end I got the work I needed done at a good price. Everyone was polite and nice. The owner himself did some cleanup and touchup work to get the job finished up. My complaint is with the actual execution of the project. The crew doing the work did not show up on time even once. The first day they didn't arrive on site until after 4:00. Then each day thereafter 9-9:30 became 11-12. The job was supposed to last 2 days, it was finished the 6th day after they started. They did not have the materials they needed to do the work and didn't have a complete understanding of the scope and details of the project. They left trash on the ground when they left one day. The end product was acceptable, but the experience of obtaining it was frustrating. I would use these people again, but I would do so with a low expectation of getting it done on time.

I started out with inquiring about having the home entrance door painted and they scheduled a date/time to come look and provide quote. By the time they left, I had a quote to paint the entire interior of the home (ceilings, walls, baseboards) and ended up providing them a 10% deposit to lock in their services. They were that good!

Everyone was courteous and professional. Originally only wanted the stairwell completed but it was below the minimum price of $500 for a project so I added portions of the bonus room.

Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

This company was hired to repaint a section of the exterior of my home and the initial estimate scheduling went exceptionally well. Jesse responded to conduct the estimate and was very professional and pitched his company well. I was very happy with his estimate and the fact that he promised the company would be able to respond quickly to my project due to a short time table prior to selling my house, the promise made was that the company would get my project scheduled and done within 1 to 1.5 weeks. After a week I still had not received a phone call from the install manager to schedule my project. I attempted to call the office multiple times and each time I was advised that Jesse (the estimator) would get in touch with me when he got a chance, despite being told by Jesse that someone else entirely would schedule my project. I finally was able to locate Jesse's cell phone number and made contact with him. He was once again very professional and stated that he was unclear why the project had not been scheduled and had even told the install manager to contact me multiple times over the past few days as well. Jesse was then able to get the install manager to call me in approximately ten minutes. The project was scheduled and the painters arrived on a rainy day and were very polite. My original quote stated that this process could take approximately four days total because the company would focus on pressure washing, scraping and sanding and allow the area to dry to allow for proper adhesion. After the painters finished pressure washing the surface they immediately began attempting to paint, prior to allowing the siding and exposed wood to dry at all. I had to explain to the painters that I wanted them to stop immediately and return after the siding had a chance to dry and it was not raining outside anymore. The painters eventually reluctantly agreed to return on a later date. When they returned on a later date they performed the project well and I saw no issues with the final product, so in conclusion I believe there are aspects of this company that are great. They did good work, their prices are fair, however, the customer service in regard to scheduling and getting in contact with anyone is very poor. The final product would not have been good if the painters had gotten their way and were allowed to cut corners with their performance of the job. So, I would not recommend this company based on my experiences, however, I believe with some internal changes and accountability this could be a good choice for anyone's painting needs.

On time; Went beyond the estimate to make us happy with the job. The lines were sharp and the job was done well. Will definitely use them for future painting jobs.
