Joe - the technician was on tilme, courteous and very good. Carpets look wonderful and my lanoleum cleaning was good and Joe made recommendations to help with my floor. I would recommend this company and will be using them again.

Yes Sir Services showed up on time and did a great job. They noticed that we had more water in our carpet than we thought and cleaned and dried the carpets in no time. We are very pleased with them.

Technician (Joe) was on time - in fact got 2 calls before his arrival giving me status. Joe did a good job on the carpet - although the discoloration on the carpet was sun damage and was not repairable. Joe went above the call of duty to help us move a TV and entertainment center down stairs which was a real pain. Thanks

calling for service tfor carpet cleaning, mr. lee was very professional and affable. he made me feel warm and secure about sending someone out to do the job. when joe (service man) came to our home we was a little aloof but very detailed. the job was completed to our satisfaction and i look forward to having you all replace my carpet in the near future. hats off and thanks
