Amazing service!!! From beginning to end. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful and understanding and Lee, the service tech worked on stretching my carpets for 7 straight hours. My carpet was only 4 years old and was in bad shape. High quality carpet but had lots of places where you could see rolls from the carpet being loose. There was so much excess carpet when Lee actually got it stretched like it should have been when it was put in. It even changed the softness of the carpet. Amazing how things look and feel when they are done correctly. I am actually gooing to use them for all my projects that need to be taken care of.

They were on time, very curtious and friendly, had the right professional equipment for the job and the carpet looks great!

We needed carpet cleaned and stretched in a home we had just closed on so we could move furniture into the bedrooms. Yes Sir Services came at 7:30pm and worked until 10:30 so we could move furniture in the next morning.

The 2 men arrived on time & were very professional & courteous. They were gracious when I asked them to wear booties over their shoes or remove their shoes in the house. They worked non-stop until the job was done - which took 12 hours! After they completed the job, they asked us to inspect the areas. They had cleaned up everywhere they worked & the furniture was moved back into the exact places they were before. I had expressed my concerns over my new furniture getting knicked, dinged, or scratched. They were very careful not to mar any of my furniture & took extreme care when moving all pieces. I would strongly recommend Yes Sir!!!

Needed my carpet stretched, YesSir was arranged to come out & give a estimate, rate was so good we had them do the work at that time, they were quick & efficient. I will use them for future carpet needs as well as refer them to friends & neighbrs.

Lee was very professional and knew his business. He did an excellent job in stretching all my carpet- I had 7 rooms, 13 stairs, a platform and hallway. After stretching he cleaned my carpet - it looks like new. I would recommend YesSir Service to everyone. I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER. There were no surprise when the job was done - estimate was approximate, knew what I was going to have to pay BEFORE the job was done.

Dudley did such a super job stretching our carpet that we invited him back to clean it. He came today at the scheduled time and worked very hard. The carpet looks wonderful. He is a true professional.

Three men worked on our two rooms to stretch and clean the carpet. They worked without lunch from around ten until nearly four o'clock. They were extremely pleasant and accomodating and at this moment my carpet looks good.

They did a good job and listened and addressed my concerns at the end to make sure that I was completely satisfied.
