Lee arrived exactly on time to provide me a quote for my carpet repair. He explained the process thoroughly and intriduced me to the Kool Glide process. After researching Kool Glide on my own, I was convinced that this was the way to go for my carpet. Lee started the work first thing Monday morning and finished the job exactly when he said he would. He was punctual, considerate, hard-working, and committed to getting the job done right. His lifetine warranty on the work shows his committment to my happiness as the customer. I would recommend him for any carpet repair or cleaning job.

Great customer service,very professional and emaculant results. When YesSir Services, LLC finished stretching our carpets and shampooing them. They look like new carpets. We hope that this company will use our before and after pictures on their website so that everyone can see the remarkable job that was done. Phara called us almost immediately after our inquiry with Servicemagic and had her husband, Dodley, out to our house that night to give us a quote on carpet stretching. Keep in mind that this is a Saturday night and we are over an hour away from where they are based. From the start they were both not only professional but very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. The quote was more reasonable than we'd expected so we agreed to have Dodley begin right then. He was just as professional and pleasant after the hours of hard work he performed on our carpeting as he was when he arrived. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of his work either. It truly makes it look like a whole new carpet again. We were so happy with the whole experience that we are asking him to come out and clean the carpets that were just stretched. We truly cannot recommend YesSir Services enough!! We feel very fortunate that Phara was so quick to call!

He was wonder to call me at 5 pm the day I submitted for carpet repair, arrived the same evening to complete the work before my furniture arrived the next day. He was very capable, competent and ptofessional, as he used a power-stretcher toadjustmy 31 foot room, re-attaching synthetic berber carpet.

Excellent job. YesSIr was hired to redo a job of one of those competitors that sends coupons in the val-pak mailers. Their equipment was more effective (rotary brush) and the made the carpet look new & clean and also reconditioned the texture for an excellent price. I would highly recommend YesSir to my family and friends.

I needed my carpet restretched and these guys are great. They did get to my house a little late, but because they offered me a deep discount on their already low price, I had them start the work that evening. They work effieciently and quietly (it was late and my kids were asleep) and when they were finished my carpets looked wonderful. :)

The quality of the work was excellent and the service professionals were great. They called before they came to give an estimate time of arrival and were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
