The person that I spoke to was VERY rude and was not willing to help. I was in the process of moving across country, he called and asked for me credit card. I told him, I was driving and that I would call him as soon as I could pull over with the payment information. He said if I didnt give it to him at that time, he would add an extra $50 to the bill. He was not willing to wait for the payment. I needed about 30 mins to pull off the road. When i talked to the property manager, she said that the carpet was still filthy, nothing was vacuumed, and I had to get another company to come in a complete the job that should have been done.

On time, work completed as promised, clean-up aftewward, priced as quoted.

Awesome tandem whose primary focus is to listen to the customer... Was very impress with the before/after sample they show you prior to their work. Very professional and guarantee their work. Would definitely hire these guys again..
