Wonderful! Prompt, professional, courteous. These folks did an excellent job On top of that, the owner, also one of the workers, went above and beyond, fixing other areas of the carpet originally installed wrong. He fixed those areas and also fixed another area that needed stretching that was not part of the original quote (for free). One more thing, we couldn't afford to pay the quote price, and Lee even came down off the price, matching it to what we could "afford". Can you believe that? Wonderful, wonderful! Nancy Webb

Everything was great!

YesSir Services did a great job.

They did an exellent job cleaning my carpet. However, they were schedule to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. At about 9:40 a.m., they called to tell me that they were running behind, and would it be ok if they arrive at 11:45. I responded, "NO", that I was leaveing town that afternoon and needed to be on the road by noon. They responded that would it be acceptable if they arrived about 11. When I asked how long it would take to both clean and stretch the carpet, they responded, about an hour. I agreed. They left at about 1:30, which made my travel start later. My time if valuable. I expect people to give me a correct estimate of time.

Contractor was very timley and customer focused. Job was well done - my carpets look great after power-stretching and cleaning.

Dodley was great and resourceful. He made recommendations that were best for the customer not just to make a buck. I would definitely refer him for other jobs

Lee did a great job. He was very thorough and didn't create any new seams in the carpet. I could tell he knew what he was doing by the way he moved his hands to determine the right angles to stretch the carpet...LOL!!! Nice guy...good price.
