I was very happy with Steve the professional that came to clean and stretch my carpet. He worked really hard and did a great job. I was a little disappointed that some of the stains on the carpet came up after it dried. But I would recommend YesSir services, they did overall a good job. But make sure that you ask for Steve, he was the best!

They promptly did a walk-through for the estimate and explained exactly what they would do. They showed up promptly for the carpet restretching as promised and worked hard until very late as numerous areas needed work with a lot of heavy furniture moving. Was very pleased with the result. The only thing that they did not do as promised was to thoroughly vacuum the carpet, but this was because of the lateness of the job (finished at nearly 7:00 PM).

Could not be happier. Called within minutes of my submission on line, came out the same day and gave me an estimate. Showed up after 6 pm on a Friday to try and meet my schedule, and then proceeded to work his magic on a patch in th emiddle of an existing carpet. I went to service master to find someone to stretch the ripples out of the carpeting in a basement room. They sent me info on YesSir Services. They replaced carpet in our living room. Came promptly on time, gave the quote, on accepting the quote, started the job on the same day. Did a great work, was very professional and courteous. Hoping to work with them in the future.

Within 5 minutes of my inquiry into Service Magic, I recieved a call from YesSir Service. I set an appt for 3 hours later and Lee arrived. Lee surveyed the repair and indicated he would be doing the work personally. I agreed to the price. I was able to watch him perform the work, and once the carpert was up, we made decision on how much of the damage pad needed to be replaced. Lee was very concientious and easy to work with. From start to finish, Lee made it the easiest small repair project I have done on my house. Defintely would recomend Lee for repair of water damaged carpets.

We hired Yessir Services to stretch and clean our carpets and put a top coat of polyurethane on our hardwood floors. The carpet project turned out very well but I would not let these people near your hardwood floors. We have 2700 sq. ft. of hardwoods. They are totally ruined. There are large areas that were missed. Several sections of polyurethane looks like it was just spilled on the floor. We called the company back out to look at it. They offered to come in a spot fix the problems. After having gotten 3 more estimates, we are now spending over $4000 to have our floors redone. Promised a refund, 9 days later no check.

Only issues I had was give me your best price upfront and not after you see what others are charging. Otherwise a very good job.
