Steve who worked on our carpets was very friendly

The young man Steve was very nice and worked hard to repair a small section of hallway carpet.However he was careless with his carpet stretcher and other tools and banged the walls as well as baseboard several times chipping off and making small devits along the way.He also cut the replacement carpet a little short and the seems are quite evident shows the carpet was a cut replacement and all seems are visible and you can actually see the pad underneath the seams in some places.$150 for a one hour job using my own carpet I had in attic and the quality of work is not some one I would hire again.As I said earlier Steve worked hard and was nice

Friendly and quick service.

We were told that the cost would be between $159-$189 when I spoke to them on the phone. My husband drove to Gadsden because I had to work. The gentlemen were very good...for $329! Also, I was told that there was a life-time warranty on the stretching and my husband understood 5 years. We will just have to wait and see what happens. They were on time, called ahead and did a great job.

Ecellent service

The quote we were given was less expensive than any of the other vendors. This was due to the fact that the carpet cleaning procedure was not the traditional "steam" cleaning procedure. The "dry" cleaning was not the best method for our home. So what you pay for is what you get with this cleaning method.

I had carpets in three rooms stretched plus walk-in closets. The service person was courteous and professional. The work looks excellent. The cost was significantly more than I had anticipated. If I would have had the time I would have sent them away and got a few more quotes.

Overall, a good experience. The equipment used did mark/gouge the baseboards. I was able to correct with wood stain. Wonder what problems painted baseboards would present.
