Highly recommended!! I was contacted promptly, I was told I could have a free estimate that day and if I was happy with the estimate, I could have my service done the same day! They also offered a lifetime warranty, which I thought was pretty awesome. My neighbor came down, said she needed the same service, and they did hers too! Very friendly , professional. They were a little late but kept me posted as to what the eta was, they even compensated me for them being late, and also received 25.00 off for referring my neighbor! So glad I found them! Definitely use them again!

Very prompt and very professional. They did an excellent job on my carpet where my dog pulled on some carpet strings. I thought they were going to have to put in a large patch but instead they just filled in whee the void was. It looks much nicer that way.

Representatives were direct, honest, sincere about providing expert service, and they did that, spending more hours than planned to complete this project. They stretched carpeting, vacuumed and replaced furniture pieces, and left customer satisfied. Had to return for an overlooked detail, and showed up same day to correct. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend these hardworking carpet experts to my friends.

They were on time, very professional, cleaned up after themselves and overall did a very good job; however, I thought the procing was deceptive. Their website states 40% off. The first price they showed me that supposedly included the 40% off was very high. I could have bought new carpet for the price that would have been originally. I asked them to do better, and they did come down in price, but what I paid was still more than I felt was fare. I live in a rural area and there aren't many vendors who will come out that far, so since I felt that I really didn't have much choice I paid it.
