Fast, Friendlly, Professional

I had a difficult job for them to do, a 1000 sq ft room with columns and lots of waves in the carpet, but the gentleman did an excellent job stretching and cleaning the carpet. And despite working alone, he did it rather quickly. So we had him give us an estimate on the rest of the house and will soon have them back for that.

We have a large bonus room that was seldom used, but managed to gather and fold in the middle of the floor in few places. Called the builder, who sent the carpet installer to fix it. Well, here we are, a few years later, and the problem is worse. We called YesSir Services and was connected to "Lee." He was very friendly and professional, but more importantly, he did an exceptional job. WOW! Wish everyone could see what Lee did with our carpet! He showed us exactly where the screw-ups were, fixed the carpet beautifully, and even cleaned up the mess afterward. My advice? Call YesSir Svcs!!

The owner of the company came to my home to do the work exactly on time after calling to confirm the appointment and was flexible on the price. He gave a lifetime guarantee on his work, did an excellent job, and even offered to vacuum the carpet when the job was completed. I cannot recommend this company more highly: they offer fair pricing with professional service and high quality work. Excellent!!!

The carpet stretching was done beautifully. If it stays the way it looks now - I will be extremely happy. He told me that he would come back if there is any problem with the carpet stretching. Very professional and pleasant Technician. I would recommend them to someone looking to have their carpet stretched.

Lee and His assistant arrived on time the day after I contacted them. they were professional and friendly. They stretched the carpeting in my hall....Did a great job & had all he right equipment for the job. I had another quote in the past that was nearly 3x more. I wish I found them before, I wouldn't have put it off for 2 years :) I highly recommend!

We have given their name to many friends and co workers we are very pleased - our new carpet was laid in 2009 and though well cared for - we had lumps and waves in the carpet. we replaced the rugs in our 5 bedroom home and invested a lot in the rugs - stretching was the only thing we could do to extend the life and have even wear of the carpets - we did not want to wait until we tripping over the carpet before taking action. Family owned and operated - owner was at our home - assisting and advising the staff. I was a very stress free experience and the results awesome.

The service was fantastic! Arrive promptly and provided great customer service, and price was reasonable for the job. Also went an extra step to ensure the problem of the stain would not come back. I would definately use them again.

a little too expensive 159.00 for 30 min

Charge was way too high. They charged by area, not room. For six areas , minor wrinkles, total time consumed was about 50 minutes, the discounted charge was $400.00 plus. I protested, he lowered the charge at once to $300.00, which I paid, but this was still too high. Charge should have been $200.-$300.00. Based on the high fees, I would not recommend this company.

Very fast service! Called for apt. In the evening and the work was done the next day. Very satisfied. Hats off to you.
