good job of stretching and refastening the carpet.. Carpet cleaning in other areas was okay but leaves the vacuuming to the customer because it needs an hour or so to dry. The representative was pleasant, knew his job and got on with it...

I was happy with the quality of work. The only issue that I had was the rescheduling. The contractor arrived on the first day very late and did not have any cleaning solution to clean the carpets after stretching, so we rescheduled for 12-2 for cleaning on another day in the week. Around 2 I received a call that it would be between 3-5. At 5 I received a call that he would be there around 5:30. He finally arrived a little after 6. I was happy with the results and the contractor was very nice. It just seems that they do not account for proper time between jobs.

YesSir Services, LLC did a great job with repairing my carpet and with the cleaning service; The pricing for cleaning was very reasonable; however the repairing of the carpet was a little steep. No real complaints, because Steve did a wonderful job. I would certainly use this company again and recommend their services.

Steve worked well with me, I saved a little money by advising that I would remove the furniture so they were needed to just re-streach the carpet.

We recently used YesSir Services LLC for a second time to repair a small area of carpeting that our cat had unfortunately damaged. The repair person showed up, gave us the estimate, and was able to fix the spot within about 1.5 hours. We were satisfied with the price as well. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

They contacted me right away afetr I called them and the next morning were at my house stretching the carpet with the stretcher which is a lot of work. Did a wonderful job and said they have a warranty on the work they do so if there is a problem with the carpet and it needs to be stretched again they will come and do it for free. Great, fast and professional.
