The carpet in three bedrooms and the adjacent hallways had developed wrinkles. I search online for a carpet repair company and choose YesSir Services for a free estimate. The owner (Lee) and a helper arrived to provide an estimate of the work needed. After a discussion and survey of the carpet, Lee provided an estimate of what needed to be done and of the cost of completing the repair. I thought the estimate was reasonable and asked Lee when we could schedule the work. Lee responded that they could complete the necessary work today in two or three hours. I checked with my wife, received her approval, and told Lee to go ahead with the work. It actually took Lee and his helper about three and a half hours to complete the work. They appeared to know what to do and worked well together. They moved furniture as needed with care to avoid damage to the furniture and the walls. They had the appropriate tools and used them with care and expertise. The areas where they worked were kept clean and they removed all trimmings and other debris generated during the re-stretching of the carpet. I am very satisfied with the re-stretching and removal of wrinkles done by Lee and his helper. I would definitely hire YesSir Services again myself and recommend them to any friends who could use their services. I do intend to ask Lee to do the next annual cleaning when it is due in June.

GREAT customer service. There was a little big of dog hair left behind in some areas after getting steam cleaned but otherwise I'm extremely satisfied. Stretching looks perfect and guaranteed for life! YesSir worked with me on the price and undersold everyone else without sacrificing quality for cost. Would recommend and use again.
