I did not like the fact that I was not told that they do not move the furniture to clean the carpet. They moved the furniture when they stretched the carpet, so I just don't understand why they couldn't move it when they cleaned it. Also, the appointment was confirmed over the phone during the week, but somehow I was not on the schedule the day of my appointment. After I called them, I was told there had been a system error b/c I was not on schedule. I sent over the quote I a was given and they arrived at 2 p.m. rather than the appointment time of 9 a.m. However, the job was satisfactory.

Big price and the it was cut in half

My project was to replace a section of carpet that got Damaged. Yes Sir Services was not only professional and pleasant to work with, they did a fabulous job. The seam is hidden and it looks like new

Job was not finished as stated. Entire living room was not cleaned and flooring was not secured back tofloor in doorway.

Steve was very polite and did a nice fast job re-stretching our carpet. I thought the price was pretty good too

The owner, Lee, just left my house after performing carpet repairs in three different locations. The repairs were on Berber carpet which I have to believe are the most difficult to repair and not show the patch. Two smaller patches cannot be seen and you have to know where the larger patch is located in order to identify it, and then it is only because it was patched from a leftover piece of carpeting which was new compared to the worn area that was repaired. I am confident that in 60-90 days you will not find that patch either. Repairs were alll flawless and my wife couldn't have been more pleased, and she would have been the first to say something had she thought poorly of the repair. Additionally, Lee was a gentleman and very professional. The repairs were valued very reasonable and I would not hesitate to contact YesSir Services again if I needed additional services that they offer. Clearly a 5-Star rating is warranted.

The technician was VERY professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and I love the way everything looks; and most importantly, the price was reasonable. I had three quotas and YesSir was the cheapest. Great customer service, a reasonable pricing and an excellent job outcome, YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT!

Had I not called at 10:30 (my window of time was 9-11) I don't think they would have been there by 11:30. The tech I spoke with did not seem to know about the appointment time. However, when they arrived, a price was quoted, which was a lot higher than I had anticipated, but the work was done quickly and they did a great job. I am happy with the work and the techs were very nice. I was expecting to pay less than $100 for the small area that needed stretching.

Project: Repair, Refasten or Stretch Carpeting Steve was an excellent representative for the company. Did a good job and answered all our questions. Fee was negotiated and company came closer to other quotes. Paid a little more to have it done right then though. Liked that the work was warranted etc.

I Hire YesSir Services after reading the 438 + review there was a few not so happy i figure 3 out of 438 was ok I'm glad i did they refinish my floor on a house my wife and i just bought with a dark stain the floor look like new and they also clean my carpet all the stain and dirt came right out and the carpet dry in 2-3 hours YesSir Stretch my carpet clean my carpet and refinish my floor awesome services they save me a lot of money on not replacing my carpet. it was the best carpet cleaning i ever had i would highly recommend them to friend and family. i have refer them to my parents great services

Stay far away from using this company for any of their services! I had my carpet stretched and "cleaned" They made numerous cuts in the carpet, but the "cleaning" was the worst part. They take a spray bottle and lightly spray the carpet and then use an orbital buffer on the top of the carpet. It didn't clean my carpet. I had to steamvac it myself and everything came up even after they "cleaned" it. They claim that when you vacuum 2 days later, all of the dirt comes up. It doesn't. I never thought that a "professional" carpet cleaning service would use something that doesn't steam and suck up the dirt, but they do not. VERY ineffective cleaning process. I called the company to complain about the subpar cleaning and they will not return calls and will not honor their 100% satisfaction guaranteed claim on their site. I requested a refund on the cleaning, and they will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

He called and came out right away and since he had the tools with him he was able to do the job right then and there.

Very nice. Did an excellent job. Would use again for future needs.
