They answered a call Sunday evening, showed up at 8 am Monday morning finished the work by 9 am. I had a 12" x 12" section of carpet to replace and had a reminant that could be used for the patch. Lee used the latest repair technology. The quality of the work was perfect. You could not tell it was patched. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for carpet repair.

Steve was the tech who completed the work. He came over to just do the estimate, but was able to not only complete the carpet repair but also clean the carpet (very well!) and give me advice on an expanding crack in my hardwood floor.
