YesSir Services was excellent! Dodley Joassaint and his assistant arrived on time, assessed the proper way to repair my carpet (bleach stain), and after discussing the cost, they proceeded to complete the repair in less than 30 minutes. Using an extra piece of carpet we had from the initial installation, YesSir Services replaced the bleach-stained section. I was concerned about how the area would look after replacement since it is in a large open area of our home. I am very pleased because I can't even tell where the replacement occurred. Mr. Joassaint is very professional and knowledgeable about his industry. I highly recommend this business.

We were amazed by the prompt service. I called the night before and they were on the job by 10 the next morning. They were quite efficient, extremely polite and accommodating, and they did an amazing job repairing, stretching and refastening out carpet. We have already recommended them to several friends. It was very refreshing to have such prompt and pleasant service. We will definitely hire them again.

Good communications re service and schedule. A bit pricey but the repair (stretching) work was good and continuing service will be evaluated. Seemed to give good attention to detail.
