I paid a deposit for this company to provide the service of replacing my carpet in my apartment. The ?owner? advised me to check with my apartment complex to verify I could do the carpet replacement with an outside vendor. I provided him with a $200 deposit and scheduled my service with the contingency of the vendor provided service if not he advised me there were other services that he offered such as carpet cleaning. He provided me a business card and advised me to get back to him with what my apartment complex says. I called on Wednesday to advised him that my apartment complex would be changing out my carpets and I no longer needed his service to repair carpet however I would like him to apply it to my room being cleaned he NEVER called me back so I called to and spoke to him after waking up he finally tells me that the deposit is non refundable and they don?t provide carpet cleaning services as he has listed on his card. I am a single mom and disabled veteran and this company just stole $200 from by false advertising.. I found this vendor on Home Advisors and this is so scary that people lie to take advantage of other.. Be aware!

Stretching carpet was much more complicated than I anticipated. 3 carpets that were very very bad! TRIPPING HAZARDS! They were extremely careful with moving my furniture in order to fix my problem. Lee and his son were a pleasure to have in my home. They did a great job! I like the 5 year guarantee! I will recommend their services to my friends and neighbors. I live in East Cobb County.
