He and his assistant performed my carpet restretch project excellently, moving and replacing all furniture as needed and removing and vacuuming all debris. Lee was fantastic and very professional. He responded to my online request immediately and arranged to come by between jobs later in the afternoon. He quickly evaluated the situation and presented his plan to remedy. There were 2 existing seams in the area being repaired, and he suggested an additional seam to complete the stretching in the best manner. Given the age of the carpet (almost 20 yrs old) and not having any additional carpet should something go wrong, I was a little skeptical about stretching in general much less adding a new seam. Lee assured me the carpet was high quality, and I would be completely satisfied when he was finished. Once we agreed on a very reasonable price, Lee and his helper knocked it out in less than an hour, vacuuming and cleaning up included. He was absolutely right! The old seams looked as good as they did originally, and if I didn't know where the new seam was going to be I wouldn't have know he cut the carpet! The entire hallway looks as good as new. Professional, Reasonable Prices and High Quality Work!

This guy is something! He came out to give us an estimate, gave the estimate to stretch the carpet in e areas and clean carpets in 3 rooms. We accepted the bid, and low and behold, he started the work right then and there! What great service and the job was much better than we expected.

The technician, Lee, was courteous and professional and seemed genuinely interested in doing the job to my satisfaction. After receiving his estimate, I discovered another section of the carpet (in a closet) that needed to be stretched and he took care of that section without added charges.

Great experience! I requested a quote for the refastening of a small area in one of my rooms that I had remodeled and they came out and quoted and finished the repair in about 45 minutes TOTAL! The price was fair and the customer service was friendly. Best of all, the job was done well!

I called for a Quote on a Thursday, but was working with a real short time frame as I was leaving town in 2 days, and the work had to be done for photos, as the house was being staged for sale.
