I called this company late on a Sat afternoon; they came on Monday to give an estimate; was there on Tues to do the job. They were quick, efficient, performed a great job, and cleaned up when done. Lee even offered a discount, so the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Orher than being late for the appointment, I found their service to be very good. A bit expensive, but good quality work.

Just make sure you show them all of the areas needing to be repaired as my carpet repairer did not point out the areas I didn't find until after he was gone.

He did a great job stretching the carpet. My original message requested stretching and cleaning and he didn't tell us until he showed up that he didn't do carpet cleaning, so I had to hire someone else to do the cleaning which I was trying to avoid.

I inquired on home advisor for someone to re-stretch our carpet and received a call within 10 minutes. appt scheduled for following day. Lee came in the evening with a very fair price and did the work right away. it looks wonderful, and he cleaned up/vacuumed right after. would highly recommend and I was given a lifetime warranty. perfect
