Lee was quick to respond to my inquiry and scheduled next day to review my project. He kept me posted on his arrival and provide options for tucking the carpet at the top of my hardwood stairs. He completed the job quickly and cleaned the area upon completion. I highly recommend Lee and will use him again for a carpet stretching job.

Our carpet is 23 years and we are about to put our home on the market. Because we took good care of the carpet over the years our realtor suggested we get it stretched and cleaned vs replaced. We hired Lee of Yes Sir Services because he confidently told us he could make our carpet look like new again. We were happy with the price he offered and the fact that he has a 5 year warrantee. He spent over five hours stretching the carpet in nine of the rooms and the staircase. It looks fantastic! Two weeks later the carpet was steam cleaned by an associate of Lee's and again we were very pleased with how clean the carpet was and the speed and efficiency of the cleaning team! We highly recommend this company and the owner Lee is highly skilled and professional.

Before Lee left, we were talking about floors, and I asked him if he could repair a loose tile in the master bath. He said yes, took a piece of grout to match, and is coming back on Friday to repair the tile. Customer Service is excellent!
