Lee, called before coming to let me know he was on his way, was always in the timeframe he said he would be there. Very professional and did a fantastic job. He stretched our carpet which was real bad in our basement and throughout the house. He did such an excellent job that we had him come back to do the stairs. Very professional, Dodley was running late from previous project, but he called me to let me know. An excellent job stretching my carpet in two different rooms. There was an issue in one room where carpet seam broke open, when I called about it, he was back the next day. It was a problem with a seam on top of seam and tape not adhering. No further issue. I’m fussy and job was done to my satisfaction.

Lee was quick to respond and did not pressure me to have more done than I wanted. He even demonstrated the process to me and gave me pointers on how to minimize future carpet buckles. Our old carpet looks so much better!!

One thing i liked was thathe had equipment to ensure the job was done right.

We needed 5 rooms carpet stretched, contacted in the morning, and Lee was able to fit us in the same day. Carpets look amazing after, price was just right, and there is a 5 year warranty on the work. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
