The carpet repair guy showed up 90 minutes early, telling me if I wasn’t home he would have to move on to the next customer. He was also quite expensive but I need the carpet repair completed that day, so that is the only reason I hired him. I would absolutely not do business with this company again.

He is very knowable about the business. He quoted a price and not knowing was it high but needed the work I agreed because I needed the work done. At the end I paid him $825.00 for the owner himself doing some carpet stretching and cleaning the carpets in my house. The owner spent less than 1 hour to stretch two rooms an a stairway with 16 steps. The cost for that hour was $575.00 and the his sub-contractor cleaned 7 rooms and 3 closets for $250.00. The carpet cleaning took almost 3 hours but this person did an outstanding job. The fee should have been the other way around? $575.00 for less than an hour of work is robbery. The carpet cleaner worked 3 hours for only $250.00 did a fantastic job!! What s wrong with that picture? The next day I received a quote from another company and it was 30% cheaper. So don't get ripped off by him telling you how much it cost for his equipment or experience. Get two quotes and ask questions.! Done
