The service repair person was on time and well done. I have never had to do this type of repair before. I thought it was rather pricey, but the finish work was very acceptable and unnoticeable. My job was small in size. The servicec was also guaranteed for up to 5 years.

Very courteous and very honest. He communicated very well about the time that he would arrive and if he was running behind due to traffic. That meant a lot to me because contractors don't always communicate about their time. It showed that he value my time just as much as his. The work came out excellent and he completed it in a timely manner I am very satisfied with the work and I will highly recommend.

Lee was awesome. Great customer service. He was quick to respond and get out to give a personal quote. He gave me a time range and called multiple times to give me a more specific time of arrival which enabled me to get other things done. He worked the whole time he was there not wasting any time and did a great job. The carpet stretching looks great which has been needed for years and the cleaning is even better. He removed stains that had been set in and cleaned several times by others. Looks amazing. Great communication and excellent job done and great customer service.. Will definitely use again. Give them a try.

Lee was prompt and professional. He called a few times letting me know when to expect him. Did a beautiful job repairing the carpet, even worked on a stain for me. I gave 4.5 stars just because I thought the price was a bit high, but would still call this company again in the future. Sometimes you have to pay for good quality.
