Company was great. Did solid work. I contacted them on a Sunday around noon for a quote to repair/stretch my carpet in my downstairs living room. I didn’t expect a call back for at least a day or two. They quickly came out within a few hours the same day (on a SUNDAY!) and gave me the quote and did all the work the same day (again, on a SUNDAY!). I was impressed. Usually these things take a couple of weeks to arrange.

I needed the job done asap, so I didn't get a chance to shop around and compare. I made an appointment for the upcoming Monday on a Friday. I requested an estimate, so the owner called the very next morning and said he could come by. I agreed. He then said he could do it right then. I kind of felt put on the spot, like I didn't have a chance to let things resonate. So far, everything looks great.
